  Terrible experience!! Seen in the pictures attached, the color difference of the replaced shingles was significant, and we were not informed that this would happen beforehand. When we talked to them about this, their attitude was extremely rude and yelled at my wife loudly. Absolutely unreasonable!

The original roof was installed with discontinued 3-tab, single-tone driftwood shingles. The repair was completed using the close available match—newer laminate, high-definition multi-tone driftwood shingles currently on the market. We have reviewed this matter and remain committed to resolving any concerns in a constructive and professional manner. We also expect all communication to remain respectful. There were some outstanding matters related to this project, and we previously offered a partial adjustment to help bring this to a fair resolution.   Hello, I wanted to clarify a few points regarding my 4-star review of the roofing work. Overall, the workers were very friendly, professional, and punctual, which I greatly appreciated. However, once the work was completed, we noticed visible nail heads on the roof. I am concerned that these exposed nails will cause long-term waterproofing problems, including water leaks and potential damage. This is the main reason I chose to leave a 4-star review and explain my concerns rather than give a lower rating. I wanted to be fair and acknowledge the positive aspects of the service while also pointing out an issue that I believe deserves to be addressed. I am very grateful that you came to inspect the work and properly repair the areas where the nail heads were visible, ensuring that the roof is watertight and will not cause any future problems.   D Masters Roofing had someone inspect our leaky roof within 24 hours. They flew a drone, shared photos of the missing shingles, provided a quote within a few hours, and then had it repaired for a reasonable price the nest day - before a weekend of crazy rain. They saved our ceiling, I have no doubt.
