From the initial contact late last night due to with Zack Masters from Roof Scouts Roofing Daniel came out within 24 hrs and right at time he said he would be here, explained what he needed to do, and spent at least an hour in the attic doing a thorough inspection. Then Daniel pulled his ladder out to inspect vents and duct flashing and flange collars on the pipes and vents on the roof. Without mentioning any previous potential hail damage spots he found 2 that we were unaware of. This prompted Daniel to spend another 30+ minutes inspecting the entire roof before doing a 360 degree walk around on our house to ensure our gutters were not affected by any of the previous hail storms. Daniel then explained to me what course of action to take next with filing a claim with the builder and Insurance for hail damage replacement.

Diego, we’re really grateful for this and glad Daniel was able to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. We know how frustrating storm damage and pushy sales tactics can be, so we aim to be the opposite: honest, helpful, and efficient. Excellent service. Zack walked me through the entire process- giving me the ability to curate exactly what we wanted. Most contractors keep you in the dark throughout the job, but these folks made sure we understood every step of the way- and to me that’s important. Highly recommend, would absolutely hire again.

I have a 1 story home in Lakeline ranch in Leander and I have used both roof scouts and tree scouts for my home. The crews were both amazing. Zack's roofing company really helped us with inspections and dealing with the insurance people. We ended up paying very little out of pocket and now have a brand new roof! If you live in Leander and are searching for a roofing company - call the scouts!
