  Edit 7/23: I have not heard from Trey since June 17. Due to the continued delay, my roof has now developed a leak. It is extremely concerning to see other projects being completed while I have paid a $10,000 deposit, waited over a year, and received no communication or scheduling update. EDIT: 7/9 It has been three weeks since my last contact with Trey. Since then, I have not received any returned phone calls, emails, or updates regarding when the project will begin. The lack of communication has been very frustrating and disappointing. EDIT: Trey has been in intermittent contact with me regarding siding colors. However, whenever I call the office, I end up speaking with an AI assistant and have not received a call back from an actual person. I have been waiting since May 1st for recommendations on where to look at siding color options, as the color matches Trey previously emailed me were not a good fit. I’ve been waiting since last year for someone to schedule my project. The insurance payment was already collected, but then winter came and work never began. Since then, one person came to take a siding sample, which was lost, and another had to come take a second sample. It’s frustrating to see work being done on other projects while I’m not receiving any return calls or updates on mine.

  Only provided two stars; one for the sales rep that we loved, which is why we chose this company after meeting with so many others. The other star is for the roofers who did a fantastic job on our new roof. For all the company is lacking, we would never recommend this company. The communication throughout was terrible. We would be told someone would reach out & no one ever would, WE would end up initiating communication. They didn’t seem to be in communication with their contractors; the dumpster company, the supplies company, & the roofers. Dumper was here for a week even though the job was for 2 days. Supplies had to be placed in our neighbors driveway because the dumpster took up all of ours. Dumpster was dropped off early, no one told us. No one told us when it would be picked up, we had to call & inquire. The job finished & no one did a walk through w/ us. No one even told us they were leaving the property & the job was done; again, WE had to reach out for that. We voiced our complaints & concerns, were told someone would reach out to make it right, no one ever did. In the end, we just wanted to wipe our hands clean of the company & be done with it. Our roof is done, they were paid. Never want to deal with them again and would never recommend to anyone.

  One of the worst experiences I have had with any company. Very unprofessional on how the whole job started out when the day of installation, measurements were taken and crew did tear off and covered roof, and no material for that day or the following day. Weather was an issue which no control over. Was guaranteed that there was enough material that I questioned and they were short. Extra material was delivered and still short of what the workers needed. Wait again, then rained, HAD A LEAK, they came back to fix and finished up final touches and was just happy to have it over. All in all, YOU guys dropped the ball, class A money paid and received Class C service. Neither Alex or Trey came out for a final inspection, or to get paid, just some other guy that was not even involved in the process comes to get the check.

  We were desperate to get someone in to fix a leaky roof. After calling many roofing companies and no slots available we decided to call Roof Rangers. We were booked in for 10am but they didn't arrive. We received a call to notify us that they will be here at 11 or roundabout that time. A text came through for 11:30 arrival but that also didn't happen. I called at 11:43 and was told he's around the corner. That's some big corner they had to tackle because at 11:58 he hadn’t arrived. We finally called the office and cancelled. Some advice: being punctual and keeping the customer in the loop helps. If you can't keep to your word how can we trust your standard of work? We shouldn’t be chasing you for information. We didn't have all day to wait so we took our business elsewhere. According to our Ring Doorbell camera he finally turned up at 12 that’s 2 hours later than scheduled.

  We were going to have Roof Rangers fix our roof. We had communicated with them a lot and gave them a down payment of $2,500. This is our last email to them... Hi Allie, Trey told me that he sent me a link to pick out the color for our shingles. But I never got it. I am starting to think that asking you guy to fix our roof was a mistake. Over 2 weeks ago I asked you, at least twice, to schedule us to have our roof fixed. And it never happened. You guys added a skylight to our job even though we never requested it. And there were a few times our email/phone messages were not replied to. You gave me your address on state street to mail the check, but I misplaced it and called asking you for that address again, but you never replied. I also asked a few times if you guys take credit cards. No one ever did answer that question. There are red flags popping up. And my insurance company wants me to take pictures of the roof to see how progress is going. I think that if you guys don't start this project by early next week then we are going to have to have highland contractors do it instead. -Doug

  Had an appointment from 5:00-6:00 and they never showed up heard nothing from them tried calling and there number was offline clearly they are running some kind of scam. They wasted my time Very unprofessional

  Had a new metal roof put on and addressed other problems with the roofing and putting baffles in the attic to fix ventilation issues . RR did absolutely great work and would recommend if you need anything done.

  Contact person kept changing and there was no one on site who spoke English that I could ask questions of. There was a lot of mess and I was concerned at the start but the finished product was very good.
