  Don't waste your time calling this company..I called twice for a simple gutter replacement quote and never even got it...been waiting for a week for it...not calling a 3rd time...got better things to do...do yourself a favor and call someone else for your roof needs.

  We apologize for the inconvenience. Our inspector did call, text and email and did not get a response. After that he did lose track of the follow up and we take responsibility for that.

  We apologize. We do not have your name in our system so I'm not sure how this happened. Wondering if you mixed us up with Roof MD in Memphis or Roof MD TN possibly. As you can see from all of our other reviews, this is not a true representation of our company

  Ask from RoofMd, a quote to repair a leak . After they came out I was told that the roof had 2-3 years before replacing. I was supposed to receive a quote that evening or next day. After waiting almost 2 days I was told that there was a problem and I was to get it the next day. The next day I received an email stating that they would only quote a new roof not repair! This California founded company does not want to repair but replace at much greater expense! I also received a text with LOL about the company being local. BAD EXPERIENCE!

  They got out there quickly, worked extremely long hours and got the job done very quickly. At the end they even cleaned up everything! Very recommended!

  Harrison came out and looked over my mom's barn and was very thorough taking pictures and explaining what was going on. He called back and went over everything with me and the cost. He was very helpful in breaking everything down so I could understand it.

  Harrison did a wonderful job explaining the issues with my roof. Very detailed. He explained the details of his quote and the pros and cons of other contractors quotes. If I have any questions about future roof concerns, I would be happy to talk to him.

  I am leaving this review because Harrison went out of his way to make sure I understood the entire process and what this company had to offer. He made sure I was fully aware of the product, the warranty, and their team. He was very professional throughout the quote process. We had to go with a company that did more than roofing as we had interior water damage beyond what they do. It was difficult to let Harrison know we went with a company that did interior work as well. He still remained polite and respectful. Thanks Harrison!

  I have a tile roof and have had a hard time getting anyone to come out and make routine repairs. Roof MD came out and cleaned my roof thoroughly and replaced all of the missing mortar and tiles. I was impressed that the mortar that they replaced matched and didn’t look new and out of place like previous repair jobs I’ve had done. I am very pleased with Roof MD and plan to have them come out at least every other year to do maintenance on my roof.
