  I was specifically looking for a local Brentwood roofing company and selected this business because its Google Business Profile advertises a Brentwood office that is open 24 hours. Before contacting them, I visited the location on three separate occasions and never found anyone there or any indication that it was an active, staffed business office. After doing additional research, I found that the company’s website identifies its office location as Mount Juliet, Tennessee. Based on my experience, it appears the Brentwood address is being used to create the impression that the company is a local Brentwood business when its actual operations are located elsewhere. As a consumer, I find this highly misleading. Local homeowners rely on Google Business Profiles to determine which companies are truly based in their community. I believe Google should investigate whether this location complies with its business location guidelines and whether the listing accurately represents the company’s presence in Brentwood.

There is no call center, answering service, or automated system- just real people who are always happy to help. Had you called, emailed, or requested an appointment, we would have gladly addressed any questions or set up a time to meet. because our teams are actively out on local job sites, our physical offices operate by appointment. We completely understand the desire to work with a truly local contractor, and that is exactly who we are. While we have team members living all over Middle Tennessee, Williamson County is actually where the largest concentration of our staff and employees call home. We don’t just do business here; we live, shop, and raise our families right here in the community. We remain entirely committed to transparency, professionalism, and serving our Middle Tennessee Community. We wish you the best.

  They did my neighbor's roof. Sales people rang my doorbell, despite my "No Soliciting" sign. When I pointed out the sign, they continued their sales pitch. I had to close the door on them. I called the company to complain. I was told, "It's not REALLY soliciting, since they must've seen damage on your roof." Edit: After I left this review, THEN they decided to try and fix it. His chance to make it right was when I first called. All I wanted was an apology (which he gave), and an acknowledgment he would address it with his sales staff (which I don't think will happen because he didn't even admit they did anything wrong.) Edit: Different employees came to my door today. The owner called me harassing me to take this review down. He also stalked my google profile. He offered to pay me to take down my review. I wouldn't trust any of these reviews. I would never use a company like this.

  Justin took my call quickly, came out the same day to inspect my roof leak and after entering the attic, then climbing on the roof found the problem. Justin was very professional, explained the issue, was able to show me with the use of a drone where the damage occurred and recommended a repair plan. I highly recommend their services!

  Brayden did an excellent job on my roof with shingles that was blown off during storms. He was very professional and respondent. These are things that are very important to me. Reach out to him first before thinking of going to a large vendor who always takes forever in reaching out to you and then put on a waitlist that can take weeks to get to you. Highly recommend Brayden!

  The team at Centennial was super responsive to replace a few minor missing shingles. Within days of making the request, they stopped out, checked the entire roof, made the repairs and left the property as clean as the day they installed the roof eight years ago. They were responsive, courteous, conscientious, diligent, and impressively thorough. We highly recommend the great team at Centennial!
