  Tons of hidden charges! Very poor communication the whole way. Couldn't get ahold of them through call, texts or emails. Highly recommend avoiding these fly by night "Roof guys" and get someone more professional.

  10/10 company would highly recommend. Their communication skills are phenomenal. Went to the office to pick out shingles and everyone was so respectful and kind. My roof was replaced quick and I couldn’t be more happy. I couldn’t recommend anyone more capable of doing the job.

  Had The Roof Guys do a full replacement on our roof after one of their reps, Deacon, stopped by about some storm damage in the neighborhood. Wasn't planning on getting anything done that day but he wasn't pushy, just pointed some stuff out and left it up to me, so I looked into it. Ended up working with Donny on the sales side. I didn't really understand how the insurance part of this was supposed to work and he took the time to explain it. He was patient about it and answered whatever I asked without acting like it was a bother. Made the whole process a lot less confusing than I expected it to be. The install crew did a fantastic job with the roof. They knew what they were doing and cleaned up very well before they left, no nails or leftover shingles laying around the yard afterward. Overall it went about as smoothly as a roof replacement can go. Roof looks good, and between Deacon, Donny, and the install crew, it felt like a company that actually does what they say. Would use them again if we needed to. Go Roof Guys!

  I only post my experience in hopes to protect future customers. From scheduling and communication issues to a ridiculously time-consuming process to hold them accountable for their poor work, it took us 2.5 months after the job and communication with four different employees to complete the job. We had yard and landscaping damage (replaced four bushes), and had HVAC damage. After all this, we had to pay $300 for a separate inspection to find out the job wasn’t fully completed. I hope this helps prevent other customers from experiencing the same pain we did.

  We cannot recommend The Roof Guys highly enough! After interviewing several roofing companies for our property, we chose The Roof Guys, and it was one of the best decisions we could have made. From day one, Daniel was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and responsive. His communication was truly second to none. Throughout the entire process—which lasted more than six months due to the insurance claim—he kept us informed every step of the way with regular updates, photos, and clear explanations of what was happening. What impressed us the most was how hard Daniel and The Roof Guys fought for us. They didn't just accept the insurance company's initial decision. They advocated on our behalf multiple times, successfully obtaining additional compensation twice. In the end, they helped us get our entire roof covered except for our deductible. That level of dedication is rare these days. The craftsmanship and quality of their work exceeded every expectation we had. They take tremendous pride in what they do, and it shows in every aspect of their work.   I had wind damage on my roof and my insurance company gave us the runaround saying it could be repaired instead of a full replacement. Keelan did a great job of walking me through the process and next steps. He went above and beyond to get me the information I needed for the insurance claim and even did a video to show why the roof was not repairable. After several appeals with the insurance company, we were finally able to get a full replacement approved. It was a difficult process with my insurance company, but Keelan kept us informed and provided good advice. They completed the work in a little over 2 days and our roof looks great. The crew damaged a brick and a landscape light and a couple plants were trampled, but Keelan was able to deduct the repairs from our deductible so they handled it well. The crew also did a good job of cleaning up at the end of each day. I have found a few nails here and there, but they did a good job of sweeping for nails in the flower beds and grass which was very important to us because we have dogs. I would definitely recommend Keelan and the Roof Guys.

  Insurance said that my roof repair was not covered. They worked with the insurance company and got them to pay for a new roof. The only out-of-pocket expense for me was that I upgraded the type of shingle used. The actual installation was done in one day.
