  I had the worst experience with this company. I inquired about my project and was ignored initially. After writing a bad review here previously, then I was contacted and they got to work immediately. I was asked to take down the bad review after 2 days and, as soon as I took it down, wait times started getting longer again. Almost a year later my window repair and gutter installation is finally complete. The workers would show up to the house unannounced, which you think would be fine since they're working outside. Unfortunately, no one ever knew what they were there to do. So I had to stop working every time to explain what needed to be done. A window was broken during the process and that took over 6 months just to get it replaced, then another couple of months to get the outside casing of the window finished. I saw the same company tear off and replace a whole roof from a neighbor while I was still waiting for my little 2 day project to be finished. And the worst part was the lack of apology or even acknowledgement of my experience with them. No one bothered to call, email or text and apologize for my horrible experience so I hope they don't chose to do it here on this review, that would be very tacky. I would look elsewhere for my next project.

  Very Unprofessional. I was told it would be 2 weeks before they would start my garage roof replacement. It's been 2 months and nothing. No courtesy calls or anything. I have reached out to them several times to no avail. I recommend avoiding this roofing company.

  No call no show on multiple occasions. My husband would call and just get the run around. I do not recommend this company. Also no need to respond to my review as I have a different last name than my husband so you won't find any record of my name in your records.

  New Look installed my new roof in June. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards and did a fantastic job replacing it. They were also the most fair price wise. Colin was prompt on answering any questions I had. Also just the other day I had the storms damage some siding up by the recently replaced roof, and after contacting Colin, the damage was fixed and replaced the next day. Highly recommend!

  Brandon and Mason came out almost right after I called for a minor issue with a roofing tile. They were extremely polite, knowledgeable, and made sure that I was aware of what was going on. Would recommend these guys to anybody with roofing needs!

  ****Updated Review*****(5/15/26) New Look completed all of the siding, roofing and deck repairs on my home following the tornado that hit Bullitt County in March 2026. Their workers were professional, cleaned up the site and made all necessary repairs. My house looks better now than the day it was built thanks to New Look! ***New Look also previously completed a complex aluminum wrap job on the underside of my deck roof. The work was well done, professional and timely. I highly recommend New Look for anyone needing work of this nature completed as well!
