  Do not use this company. They left nails all over my deck and yard. Then when the first rain came water came pouring in my kitchen. They say they have 24 hour emergency service. No response when needed.

The conditions you describe, nails left on your property and a delayed response to an active leak, do not reflect the standard of craftsmanship and service we have built our reputation on over for generations. Once our team was made aware of the leak, we dispatched a crew to your home within two hours, on a Sunday, to repair the issue and clean up your property. We appreciate you giving us the chance to address this, and we remain committed to earning back your confidence in our work.

  Edited: Right after American Roofing put on roofs for 10 buildings covering 38 residence's homes, I gave a glowing review; however, since then we found a huge problem with the gutters on all 19 buildings. For 2 years we have been fighting to get American Roofing to fix the gaps in the gutter and the facia boards. Though we put on much larger gutters to help with water flow off the large roofs, the gutters proved WORSE than the old smaller ones. We never had this problem with the old gutters. American Roofing said they did not add one part to the gutter for secure attachment because they thought we didn't need it and wanted to save us money. However, they never told us that decision or discussed it with us and so we are now stuck with badly leaking gutters which American Roofing is NOT taking ownership of this oversight. They want us to pay for their mistake! So, as HOA President, I resind my glowing review of this Company!!! Since Travis Got moved up in the company, very poor service has been given. Shame on American Roofing. Summit at Polo Fields will make sure all HOA's using Cornerstone Property Management are warned of such poor service and responsibilities for creating a bad situation of which our HOA cannot afford to fix!

  Just had a big truck from this company pull out in front of me. I guess it wouldn't matter accept for the fact I'm driving a Tarc. Not ok!!

  Their drivers like to be watching videos while driving on a hwy. this took place on bluegrass parkway at bout 4:30. There should be a policy that your drivers can not be on there phone while drive.

  I did not personally hire this company. My annoying neighbors did. But it's very rude to start working at 7-7:30 in the morning on a Sunday when myfmy is trying to sleep. I work 3rd shift and was trying to go to sleep.

  The work was sloppy and extremely poor quality. Nails and trash were left behind, they broke our vinyl siding, and their work resulted in non-stop leak issues for a year causing further damage and mold to dry-wall/carpet! We eventually hired someone else to fix the leaks. Their warranty is simply a con. I still have trouble sleeping in the house during rain. Avoid this company at all cost.
