  High pressure sales people came to my door and tried to get my elderly mother to give them my phone number. If this is a legit company they should send their people out with more than a Mr. Roof shirt. There are so many roofing scams.

  Had my whole roof done in 2016. Had a 5 year warranty as soon as that expired roof leak started. Upon inspection of my roof flashing by bathroom vent done wrong. Nails not properly installed. Let this be a warning to future customers. I'll be going with another company. God blesd

  I'll give it to this company, they blow you a great line of crap. After 10 years we now need a new roof. Yes folks 10 years!!!!!!!!!!! We have had other roofers come in to look at the roof. All 4 of them ask if Mr Roof did the job. That's absolutely pitiful!!! This company is nothing more than a scam! Before contacting them do your research extremely well. UNLESS you have plenty of money to replace a roof 10 years down the road. This company isn't fit to roof a birdhouse!!

  Had roof replace 11 years ago. Now having all kinds of problems with roof. Had a representative come look at it after a storm tore shingles off front of house. Insurance would only fix front of roof. Wouldn't fix back of roof. Representative from Mr roof got to were he ghosted me. Had to finally get another company to come look at it. There was a laundry list of problems with installation of roof. Same thing Insurance said. Ended up only patching roof on front of house because that's all I could afford to do. Mr roof definitely didn't last a lifetime like they say

  Had a new roof put on 5 years ago by this company. Roof had been damaged from wind but never leaked. After they replaced the roof it leaked. We had them out multiple times to fix the leak and was told each time that the problem was fixed. After the last time we didn't notice anymore leaks. However after a strong rain in high winds from an unusual direction we noticed a leak once again. I went to the attic to find it and to my surprise I could see daylight! I shoved a wire through the hole to find it up top and quickly discovered it was due to faulty workmanship. So my roof has been leaking for 5 years and wasn't noticeable until it rotted the wood out. Who knows what other damage has been done to my house in that time. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! Won't let me give another review so I'll just add to this one. Now one year later from this occurrence, I now have shingles falling apart right behind my chimney. The last repair made by this company they replaced the flashing around the chimney, which would require lifting the shingles (keep this in mind). That flashing was supposed to have been replaced in the first place. Told on themselves when he told me that's what he did to "fix" the leak. Had them come out to look at it thinking maybe the shingles are defective. They tell me it's not manufacturer defect. It looks like someone was prying on the shingles and caused the damage. Told on themselves AGAIN. Gee I wonder who would have done that....🤔. Now they say they won't cover it but they would be glad to sell me something. I bet you would be! Update: They now have a new general manager, Adam Billings. After being notified of my review and looking over it, he reached out to me and asked if he could come out and put eyes on my roof himself. After looking over my roof, he sent someone out to make the repairs needed. I will say Adam and the repairman that came out were the most pleasant to deal with aside from the original salesman. Our records show you contacted us on January 11, 2020 about a leak that was addressed immediately with our crew and production team and again on January 28, 2020, which was again addressed immediately. We've had no contact from you since. At the time of the complaint you roof was under warranty, so as long as no other work has been performed by anyone other than Mr. Roof we would be happy to address any issues with the roof. We stand by our warranty and products. If issues arise or if something is missed we will inspect, address and repair as needed.

  1. There was very little communication. 2. I asked them not to do the install in the rain. They did anyway. 3. The ground was so waterlogged from the rain that they felt they needed to put ruts in the lawn with their heavy vehicles. 4. They asked me if I heard from the insurance company about a form they sent that could get me a discount from the type of shingles that were installed. The insurance company never received it. 5. They knew I wanted to be at the house for the install. They never called me. There are plenty of roofing companies that need the work. Do the research before you pick one. Being in business since 1962 doesn’t hold water. That’s because it’s all over my roof.

  This was a very disappointing experience. We had birds in our attic from a damaged soffit/fascia in recent storms, and was very clear with the sales agent that replacing all soffits was the immediate priority to fix it, as we were paying for animal removal and needed the temporary wire over the opening fixed immediately. We did ask for a full roof replacement quote, but was very clear that job would be later in the summer. We got a quote for all soffit replacements, signed the contract, paid the $500+ deposit, and they held our deposit for weeks before notifying us they wouldn't adhere to the contract (I'm guessing because it was too small of a job). They didn't try to make the situation right, and we already told other contractors no and waited weeks in their queue, not to mention the money was returned with no interest. I'm guessing if the roles were reversed, Mr. Roof wouldn't have let us out of a signed contract if we found a lower bid after signature. We are probably a one-off experience as I had a great first interaction with them last year, but a terrible way to treat a customer, who was very clear on timelines, and we are now moving forward with a full roof replacement with another company. If we were told no before we signed a contract, we would have understood, but after the deposit was paid and nothing about the job changed from the contract, I would have expected more integrity to one's commitments.

  After a storm that caused hail damage on march 15, 2025, a representative of Mr. Roof came over knocking on doors and neighborhood to my door. I have two properties and they inspected both properties. Red representative was very friendly on that day but the moment that the insurance needed documentation provided, they ghosted me. I’ve been waiting since then and today is May 30, 2025 with still no response. I’ve tried calling and texting the representative and no response.

  We are very satisfied with our experience with Mr. Roof and the finished results of our exterior home makeover. Our project included a new roof, James Hardie siding, stonework, soffits, and gutters, and the quality of the completed work was excellent. Gary, our salesman, was great to work with from start to finish. He was extremely patient with our many questions, knowledgeable about the different options, and provided great follow-up throughout the project. We also felt the pricing was very competitive for the scope and quality of the work. One of the things we especially appreciated was being able to have all of the different aspects of the exterior renovation handled through one company with an overall project manager coordinating everything. It made a large, multi-part project much easier to manage. We did have a few scheduling hiccups along the way, but we were able to work through them, and the team made sure everything came together in the end. Our home looks completely transformed, and we are very pleased with the quality of the work and the final result. We would definitely recommend Mr. Roof and especially Gary to anyone considering an exterior renovation.

  From David the project consultant to Chris the crew project Manager they both made sure to answer all my questions and made sure I was good with my roof color selection and that everything was completed to my satisfaction. They were on time and professional with their customer service! I can’t wait to get my siding done. I would recommend this company for their professional and warranty on their work.

  They did a good job fast cleaned up just a couple things missed but was happy .Mr Joey Herron very friendly and answered all question. Would. Recommend them.after job was finished had some complaints my new concrete was broken on one corner and my gutter was bent in where they had there ladder caring stuff up to roof and left chip board prices scattered

  My roof experience and vinyl back porch installation dates back to years 2010-2013. And, a warranty option during 2023 storm that replaced singles for a lower fee. I appreciate I may call their warranty department for information and an inspection if needed. I learned from Project Consultant Mr. Gary Roger’s, I can request 1 free roof inspection every year. This is a great maintenance relationship for these products, where they have the history. And, I don’t have to start over with trusting someone new.

  These guys stand by their product and the workmanship provided. Adam Billings represents something missing in American business today- honesty, customer focus, attention to detail, professionalism, and respect that your money can be spent with anyone in the roofing business. We had a warranty claim and the team jumped in and stayed involved until solved. The project manager Joey for our job, another 5/5 employee. Trust these guys, they stand behind their product and work. Owens Corning roof product is the way to go!
