I do apologize for the inconvenience of not being a to fulfill our promised schedule time for the appointment. Due to weather and a personal matter that day our specialist was running behind. We did try to reach you & left a folder on your front door within an hour of the scheduled time. I did also reach out personally. I do apologize for the inconvenience. I do want to let you know this is not how we run our buisness. We do strive for excellence unfortunately this did happen this day. Please feel free to reach me directly at 920-740-4057. I would be happy to reschedule & do whatever it takes to turn this in the positive direction. Take care and that’s for taking the time out if your busy day to reach out and share your experience. Thank you, Andrea Reinke
