The worst roofing company I've ever dealt with. After they installed a brand-new roof on our condo, it started leaking. When we contacted them, their response was, "I don't care who the heck you are." Completely unprofessional, dismissive, and unwilling to stand behind their work. If you value quality and customer service, stay away. Save yourself the frustration and choose another roofing company.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a company. The staff seemed disorganized, and the work completed did not meet basic expectations. Several issues remained unresolved even after multiple follow-ups. I would not recommend this service to others.

Their drivers are aggressive and rude. Truck 327 was extremely reckless and following way too close/driving way too fast. Drive better.

Sorry not a mistake, just don't understand how your guys can do roofing but can't read speed limit signs, or if your work trucks had blinkers on them or not. Regardless if it's I85 or not it's not the place to do 100mph in a company vehicle.

I called to get an estimate, after speaking with the "manager" who promised to come out to service and repair after the original inspector assigned never showed. Unfortunately, after that conversation and several voicemails the "manager" himself never came or returned my call. Would not recommend!!

Your driver took it upon himself to blatantly full force run a light and myself and another car literately had to dodge the Roof Depot white pickup truck, to avoid a 3 car wreck. Please have a word with your drivers!

Response - Mack Hobby finally sent the bid on 6/20/18. Shouldn't be hard to find - I would bet it was the only $40k bid of the day! And yes, Derrick is not the name on the quote. "Call the bandidos at roof depot - they'll steal your pesos!" Do yourself a favor and avoid them. I wanted to get some quotes for a roof replacement. Thought I'd try Roof Depot since I hear their radio advertising all the time. The home is a 1,700 square foot split level. That means the actual roof is only about 1,400 square feet. The roof pitch requires a commercial roof which is more expensive than shingles. However, I was not prepared for this one. The quote was just shy of $40,000 - the most ridiculous quote I've seen in all the years I've been renovating homes! Has anyone ever even heard of a $40,000 residential roof? The roofing materials would cost approximately $6,000 - $7,000 to the consumer. That means they were attempting to charge $33,000 for labor! I sent all of this to them on the chance that they had confused my job with someone else - perhaps one of Trump's palatial estates! No reply. A reputable roof company in town bid under $11,000 for the job.

I need a small siding repair where the fascia has pulled away from the roof line. I called Roof Depot and asked if they do siding repairs. I was assured they did and no job is too small, right? Well, after a couple a missed attempts someone finally showed up to my house. He called me to tell me how he can see the shingles 'shining' in the sunlight, He then proceeds to explain that this can only mean the fiberglass is exposed and the granules are mere days from all falling off the shingles leaving my house completely unprotected! I asked the man about the siding repair for which I scheduled this appointment in the first place. He says, "Sure, I'll send you an estimate for the repair and for replacing the roof. He never asked for any contact information and I have never heard from him or the company again. It has been three weeks. It seems pretty obvious these people are looking for suckers to get a quick insurance payout from. They do not seem interested in doing any repairs. Why else would you just brush off and ignore my pressing need for a siding repair?

Roofing decisions require knowledge that the average homeowner needs in order to gain confidence and trust. I talked to at least a half dozen contractors before I met Walker Mayo from Roof Depot. He provided the most accurate and comprehensive estimates which, with guidance, proved invaluable to the always difficult insurance claim process. Mine was NOT a full roof claim. However it was significant enough damage to skylights and gutters from a falling tree branch. Of course, the first claim offer from the insurance company was ridiculous. However, Walker’s assistance through a second and third claim made a final settlement worth a complete replacement to the 25 year old roof (that was already very close to end of life). The process took time and patience of which Walker diligently maintained throughout. Once money matters were done, project scheduling became problematic due to weather. However, a couple of +50° days became available and the project was turned over to the roofing crew. They showed up at 6:15am and finished in 12 hours. After cleanup, except for a beautiful new roof, we couldn’t tell they were there. Through project acceptance and payment, Walker maintained oversight of each step. Every person we dealt with at Roof Depot was courteous, professional and competent. I can’t recommend Roof Depot enough. Thank you all !!

Roof Depot is a trusted partner of Tecbuilt Homes. Chad and Blake provide project coordination and oversight that are 2nd to none. I greatly appreciate the relationship between RD and Tecbuilt Homes.

Very professional work and completed the work very quickly. All in the community were equally pleased. This was for a townhome community with 38 units.

The roof itself looks good. With the steep price, I would have expected premium white glove service, but they left dirt and smears on the moon doors for the deck roof installation. Additionally, I really would have appreciated them cleaning my deck of debris, but that was left for me to do.

The entire team from the initial appointment to the completed installation could not have been easier. Walker and Blake were great, as a contractor myself watching every detail had zero complaints. Highly Recommend!

Blake and Walker were able to get me scheduled quickly. I had a thorough inspection of my roof and the area that was leaking was detected and repaired. Walker also noted a deteriorating boot around a power pole and replaced that as well. …

Pedro and Adoni were a great team to fix my link. The Roof Depot team arrived on the day promised and fixed my chimney cap and added a cricket. They took care to address all my issues.
