  Door knocked while we are on the no solicitation list at 6:40pm. When asked if he was soliciting he said “no. I was just looking at your roof.” Unprofessional and dishonest.

At Roof Bucks we provide our roof inspections at no cost and there is no obligation to purchase anything, this type of outreach is not considered soliciting. That said, we completely understand and respect homeowners’ preferences regarding door-to-door visits and we apologize if our approach made you uncomfortable. Our goal is to be honest, transparent and provide homeowners with practical information about the condition of their roof, always without pressure or obligation. We appreciate you bringing your concern to our attention and will use it as an opportunity to ensure our team communicates that clearly and respectfully in the future. Thanks again.

  The work we had completed was a roof repair on the dormer in the back of our home. They were respectful, honest. Their communication was very quick to reply, inspect and book the repair. From initial inspection to installation, it was pretty seemless working with Derek and Michael. The crew was clean and organized. The before and after pictures showed all of the repairs completed to the exact way it was explained. (roof hasn't been tested yet by a torrential rain, will be back to update)

  Incredible experience with Derek and Roof Bucks. Had a claim approved on Wednesday and a new roof by Friday. Looks absolutely amazing. Very professional!

  Jay came by and knocked on our door saying he saw signs of damage on our roof and asked if we were interested in a free inspection since they’re in the area. Although we were skeptical at first, we checked the reviews on google. They were impressive, so we decided to give them a shot. Our roof is over 15 years old. Neil came the same day within 10 minutes with a shadowing coworker. They gave us proof of TN business license and their own liability insurance to show their legitimacy. It gave us relief and trust in them. They inspected for 30-40 minutes on the roof. They were very honest in that we did have many areas where granules came off and some parts not installed correctly. However, it would still be good for 3 years if there’s no big storms damaging it. They told us we can get it reinspected later and replace the whole roof when it’s time. Usually we feel pressure to buy services immediately but they were honest, super informative and reassuring. We will be sure to contact Roof Bucks for our future roofing needs! Thank you both!

  We had a circle to show up in our bathroom ceiling! I contacted the roofing company who installed our previous roof. They did not bother to call back or come and check our roof. I called ROOF BUCKS talked to Neil while he was on top of a roof doing an inspection for someone else. I sent him my name, addresses, phone number. He called backed after he got off the roof and made arrangements to come the next day to check our roof out. He took lots of pictures to showed us where the leak was coming from, And the condition of our roof, our roof was in terrible condition. We made scheduled to have a new roof installed and within two days. Derrick and his crew arrived at the time they said they would be here. Our old roof and wood was torn off and new wood and new roof was put on and completed on the day, it was scheduled to be put on, and it was all completed in one day. I highly recommend ROOF BUCKS, they know their roofing business, Neil and Derrick are great to work with. They did an awesome job. I have had several comments of how great my roof looks and how the color of the roof shingles goes great with my bricks on my house, if you need a new roof or a roof inspection I can not recommend them enough.   I didn’t get sold a roof, I was educated on the condition of my roof. Neil and Derek were always available and the whole process was efficient and of the upmost quality. As a first time homeowner I was anxious about the whole process. Neil took the time to really educate me on all aspects of a healthy roof and how it helps protect the rest of, not only a valuable asset, but my home.

  We discovered a problem with our roof and contacted Roof Bucks for an inspection. Neil did an excellent, thorough inspection and found damage we were not aware of. He worked closely with our insurance company and got our entire roof replaced very quickly. The crew spent two 12 hour days working on our home. They cleaned up all the debris and were even careful to move our porch plants away from their work area. Derek stayed with the crew while they replaced the roof. He always explained what was needed and what the process was. We never had any surprises. If, because of a storm, we would ever need roof work done again, we would call them. They are honest and knowledgeable and can be trusted.
