  I needed my roof replaced due to vandalism, not storm damage, which turned the entire situation into an absolute insurance nightmare. To make things even more complicated, I already had solar panels installed. They weren’t damaged, but they had to be completely removed and then reinstalled as part of the roofing process. That was before I was introduced to Sydni and Brian at Rock Management Roofing. From the start, they were incredibly knowledgeable about complex insurance claims like mine. They didn’t just understand the process — they went above and beyond to work directly with the insurance company and ultimately helped secure a payout. What initially felt overwhelming quickly became manageable because of them. In the past, when I’ve hired contractors, it often felt like I was working with people who were skilled at their trade but not at running a business. Communication was poor, and service after the sale was basically nonexistent. Rock Management Roofing is the complete opposite. They don’t just replace roofs — they run their business with an extremely high level of professionalism, organization, and communication. Brian, the owner, treated me like family. I truly can’t thank him enough for how well he took care of me throughout this entire process. Sydni was there every step of the way. Whenever I had a question, she was both the first and last person I needed to talk to. Everything she said she would do, she did and then some. She was literally the first person to show up when the process began and the last person on-site after the roof was replaced. Sydni is an absolute machine! If you need your roof replaced, you’re in luck, your search is over. Not only would I work with Rock Management Roofing again without hesitation, I’ll never let anyone step foot on my roof unless they’re from their company.

  Rock Management was super helpful finding the source of a leak that was giving me absolute dread considering it was in the same area of a valley repair a different company performed two years ago. Luckily, they found the source of the leak was from a faulty vent pipe, which they replaced swiftly and did a roof inspection. Sydni and Brian were trustworthy and great to work with, and I won't hesitate to hire them when I need a new roof in a few years.
