We got out roof replaced by him 2 years ago after getting it replaced he refuses to pick up any calls at all about our roof. After he got his money he washed his hands of us. Not calling back, not getting back to us nor even bothering to answer his phone. We tried to get him to look at something in December of last year he say send a video and text me then say ok I'll come. No he doesn't come. He will be professional and polite after replacing your roof then you won't ever hear from him again. He does not honor contract and does not keep his word. Do not do business with someone that will abandon you and make the mistake we did. Try to call him about the storm damage from today 6/25/23 as well absolutely no answer. Yall be safe and don't make a mistake we did.

Brendan(owner) was extremely helpful confirming that I had hail damage and then walking me through the process to file a hail damage claim with my insurance. He met the insurance adjuster at my house to walk-through the inspection with him and make sure that he was seeing everything. Insurance ended up covering the roof and Brendan’s team completed the entire roof and gutters shortly there after the next week right before we were closing on the sale of our house. He was very responsive to text and calls and I all-around had a great experience using him. Very nice guy too.

I contacted Brendan (the owner) on a Friday and told him I was in need of a quick roof replacement due to an upcoming travel date. He went out the following morning and put together an estimate. The estimate was very competitive and the roof was completed by the following Thursday. The roof looks fantastic. I highly recommend this company.

Brendan is wonderful to deal with. Does exactly as promised. I recommend Brendan and his company 110%. He is very knowledgeable regarding all things roof-related. He was so helpful in identifying my roof issue and repaired it same day. Cannot do better than that!

Outstanding company and professional service! I called on a Monday morning to have our roof inspected due to a small leak that appeared during a heavy storm. Natural State came out that afternoon and repaired it. They also completed a complimentary roof inspection while they were on-site. This is your go to company for roofing and restoration!

Natural State put my roof on several years ago and still was quick to stand behind their work after I had some storm damage to my vent pipes. I highly recommend them!

Above and beyond ! The owner Brendan, personally oversaw my new roof installation 2+ years ago. Recently, one Friday afternoon after very heavy rain, I noticed a small wet spot in my attic. I called him and he brought 2 guys and came over first thing Saturday morning. They climbed up on my roof, checked everything. They used a garden hose from every angle and eventually discovered that it was an issue with My sink vent pipe not the roof they installed. After a run to the hardware store for a PVC part they had My Vent Pipe fixed. A handshake to me, a hug to my wife, and No Charge! Away they went to check on another customer. That is Service after the sale.

Brendan and Katie go above and beyond to assist with roof damage and give free inspections. They also will do your insurance paperwork and send their own team out to replace the roof. They do such excellent work and I highly recommend this business if you need a new roof or have damage you want to have inspected.
