  The roof seems to be doing well, so that is a plus. The process and staff were not great and based on how it all played out they all seemed deceitful. I showed Aaron my estimate from insurance and they agreed do to my roof as written plus a drip edge, ridge vent, and architectural shingles. The roof was done and I inspected it. They showed up to do the work without even letting me know, so I was not home when they started. I told them there was no drip edge or ridge vent and he basically acted like I was wrong. They tried to get out of even completing it after the fact by backtracking and saying my roof did not have those things so it was not done. After talking to a lady in the office and I think someone named Tyler (name may be wrong) they finally came back out. I also spoke to someone about leaving me the extra shingles they had and they told me that there were no extras and they only buy what is needed for my roof, but they would try to get me one bundle. They never did that. I find it funny that my estimate included allowances for the back porch addition covering and that was never addressed or repaired or even options offered to repair it. I do understand my porch was not shingled so they could not do it, but they should have offered to give me the shingles at least. It is good to have extras to match. They simply did not do it and continued to tell me there were no extra shingles. We watched them load up full bundles of shingles and take them away when the roof was done… I also had issues with clean up because we got flat tires (2) from the tacks, etc. I asked several times for someone to come back out and do a rerun of the magnet, but no one ever came. I do feel the work seems to be quality and I hope it is, but the office and sales team are not good. I will never recommend this company again and I urge anyone considering them to do your own research. I have found that it appears the owner has had several companies in the past that have opened and closed and

We have been extremely busy and also playing catch-up after many days of rain. It is my understanding that you rescheduled the job twice. When Todd called your husband to try to fix the problem, your husband hung up on Todd. The good news is that there are plenty of other good restoration companies in Central Arkansas.   I’m giving this review 1 star only because I can’t give it zero stars. This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with and I’ve dealt with quite a few. Toby Blank is absolutely useless. He missed appointments twice just for the estimate. It took my wife leaving a bad review to finally get him out here. Then when we had got a day set to start work we got some rainy weather which is not their fault but the story Toby kept giving us was the next fully dry day they would be here, only for that day to arrive and they were nowhere to be found. Then when my wife had to text him, Toby informed her it would be the next day because one of the other employees got sick. I guess it didn’t occur to them to call and let us know the situation which would have been fine. Maybe they feel it’s better just to not show up instead. I make a phone call to the owner Mr. Upton to be told that if we can wait until next week they will get out here and do a great job for us. He seemed sincere and was apologetic so I figured I’d cut them a break. Well, that was a mistake. The whole week had come and gone and not only did they never show up, they didn’t bother to even call!(Shocker) When I text Toby about as to why I never seen or heard from them he gave me the hee haw excuse I was expecting of “we thought you were gonna call us if you still wanted us to come out”. I did state to the owner that they need to contact me to let me know when they were coming out and if I hadn’t already found someone else to do the job they could come do it. I never once said I would call and let them know anything. My gut feeling is that my project is a small one for not a lot of money and so because of that it is low in priority to them. What they don’t know is that me and my wife have decided to sell our house so after this small project is done we are looking to replace the roof (mainly just for inspection purposes) AND my mom and sister are also about to start looking around for a roofer to replace both

  The estimator/ salesman was great. (He's no longer with the company.) Installation was fast. Roof looked great, and then reality started setting in. Nails in neighbors yard, internet cable to the house left dangling in the back yard. They did come out and rehang the cable, a month later. Called back again to let them know I had a few leaks. Said they would be right on it. And then nothing. Never heard from them again. Near as I can tell, there was poor attention to flashing. So if you use them, do research first and supervise the work. Don't be afraid to ask questions. And be VERY cautious. Would not recommend. A large amount of money and regret it. Will have to hire another company to fix my new roof. It's two years old, and I currently have four leaks. I felt I needed a follow-up. They did eventually come out and check the flashing. Three leaks were repaired. Fourth was not on them. Old window Fram and window ac unit was the culprit. But the suspicion of the flashing was correct. Original crew left the old flashing on the house. A new crew came and replaced all the flashing. Only took a few years, but they did fix the issue.

  Tried several times to obtain a written estimate after someone came and looked at our roof. This was after a few weeks of not hearing anything after the initial visit.

  Todd and Shawn were graciously easy to accommodate for roof replacement for my mom's house due to a old roof. Very efficient, great crew, beautiful look to her house. Completely happy and recommend to use them for roof replacement.

  Recommended by my insurance agent, I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by Big Rock. Shawn did all the the red tape details and within two weeks I had a new roof on my home. Todd answered my questions and addressed any concerns. I recommend Big Rock KangaRoof for any improvement needs for your home.

  i called Kangaroo when we needed a roof replacement as they had done our neighbors roof and they were very happy with them from our first contact with Shawn and throughout the process to the finished product we couldn’t gave been happier i’m not sure five stars is enough, but that’s all i could give!

  We had a great experience with Kangaroof! Our contractor, Jodi Carpenter, was incredibly helpful, communicated well and in a timely manner, and was very knowledgeable when it came to dealing with the insurance company.   Jonathan did an excellent job coming to my house and taking care of me and my needs. He went on the roof and told me exactly what I needed but even more than that he found an area in my attic where my air conditioning pipe was leaking, which was causing the major problem. Jonathan went above and beyond to take care of me. From the first time that we met to the next time I had been in the hospital for a week he was so kind and caring asking if I was OK. It’s hard to find good companies that have excellent workers who go out of their way to make sure that your needs are met. I will recommend their services to anyone and Jonathan will forever be a lifelong friend for his kindness and caring!! Great company. Great employees. Great service.
