  The company completed most of the work described in the contract. Some difficulties with communication and still have not received the expected warranty. Not a bad experience; just probably wouldn’t use them again.

  Arkansas River Valley did a fantastic job from start to finish on our house in Hot Springs Village. Aaron our client manager kept us informed every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure our every need was met. I would highly recommend them for any roof work and as a trusted company in this business which is rare.

  I requested a quote from multiple roofers in the Russellville area for a new roof to be placed on commercial property. Arkansas River Valley Roofing not only gave the most reasonable offer, but they were always timely in returning my texts or phone calls. I worked with Aaron, and he returned my calls within about 10 minutes every time. He was very easy to work with. When the installation of the new TPO roof was complete, he had a TPO manufacturer inspector come out to ensure that it was installed properly. It passed inspection. The roofer we’ve used in the past for this property did not have an inspector look at their work. As the project occurred, Aaron texted me pictures of the progress, which I appreciated, because I live in another state. I highly recommend AR River Valley Roofing.

  We totally love our new roof installed by AR River Valley. The architectural shingles look amazing and the color makes our home look 20 years younger. I highly recommend contacting Aaron, he’s very knowledgeable and walked us through the entire process including what to expect from the install to the insurance process. The install went great, the crew was professional and the clean up was amazing. I highly recommend AR River Valley.
