  Hi Jodie, sorry for the delay in our response. The reason why we offered no warranty was due to the poor condition that your roof was in as it was at the end of the life.   They refused to back up their work, so they lost future business from us. They want us to pay them to fix the product of poor fit and finish from previous work they performed. We hired Riley Hays Roofing & Construction to repair loose shingles on our roof, repair rotted areas around the chimney, seal areas where the chimney had deteriorated, and install a copper cap on the chimney to ensure that animals (namely bats) couldn't get in. This was December of 2021. The work was completed and they were paid in full January 2022. When the work was completed, the chimney cap looked great from the street, however there was a gap between the masonry (the chimney was constructed of stone in 1940) and the bottom of the chimney cap. The gap was only noticeable when standing on my top step looking directly up at the chimney, so I didn't sweat it. In spring of 2023, small brown bats began to roost in the gap created by the installation of the chimney cap. I thought we were done with them, as that was one of the big reasons we installed a screened cap on the chimney in the first place. Bat droppings were falling on my front porch. I really like bats while they're flying around eating bugs, but their droppings on our porch were a potential health hazard. I called and spoke to the receptionist, relayed my concerns, and was informed that the animals would need to be gone before the work could be done. Fine. I called an exterminator that specialized in bats, squirrels, and the like. $1800 was the estimate they gave. I spoke with another exterminator about an estimate, and he (a real good ole boy) told me that he could do the work, but that particular variety of bat would likely leave when it got cold enough. I did my best to keep their droppings swept (usually twice daily) off my porch through summer and fall. The last of the bats left in December 2023.   I hope you guys are having public safety meetings. Did not expect to almost hit one of your driver's because they could not wait ten seconds for my car to pass them. The vehicle had your numbers and Website all over the white work truck driving through Bryant. I recommend updating your drivers.

  Their prices are way to expensive and I feel like if you have a minor roof problem that needs to be fixed then this company should adjust price accordingly. 1 shingle repair for $189.00? That's a rip off

  I had my roof replaced by Riley Hays roofing almost 10 months . After the new roof replaced , my attic & inside my house had a terrible chemical smell . I asked some roofing companies that they said that is the products which Riley Hays roofing used cause the odor chemical smell in my house . I called the company which did not respond at all . Recently my wife & I always had headache . I do not know is it the chemical smell of the new roof ? Anyone had the same problem ? I am for sure Riley Hays roofing is not a good roofing company . I think I may need an attorney to have the problem solve.

  This was a nightmare. Nails everywhere after completion. One of the workers fell off my roof and the owner told me "I was over reacting" when I called to notify him. Constantly asking the workers to not park in my neighbors parking. Workers threw cigarette butts throughout my property and neighbors. Workers decided to eat lunch on my neighbors front porch. Compeltion date changed 3 times. Owner was simply rude, unprofessional, and in the end, impossible to communicate with. Really unfortunate situation.

We managed to take the roof down within 7 days, during one of the busiest times of our year, despite numerous phone calls from you repeatedly claiming that we weren't performing the job requested upon us.   Had Riley Hayes roofing come do an estimate on my roof repairs in January. Quote was acceptable and was told they would start within two weeks. After several calls to complain and over twelve weeks later they have yet to begin repairs on our job. Did not honor their commitment to us. Thumbs down.

  We had some leakage around our whirly bird and sewer vents. A representative came out the next morning and gave us a very reasonable estimate. Workers came within a couple of days and did a great job of putting a rain barrier down, new shingles in the area and caulking. It looks like really nice work! Very satisfied!
