  Called PI to come out and take a look at a problem with my roof. During bathroom remodeling, the remodeler pointed out that he could see the sky above a pipe that led to the roof. I saw it too. Called PI because I am still under warranty til 2017. They determined that it was normal wear and tear without ever coming out to look at it. If my handyman says otherwise, this could result in a lawsuit. ST

  Last year, I hired P.I. Roofing to install a new roof and do some work on my fascia. (Altogether, I spent about $20,000). The gutters where they worked on the fascia have never looked right, and the new fascia in one area pulled loose within a few months. I sent pictures to P.I. Roofing and never heard back. "Well," I thought, "that's money down the drain, but at least the roof seems to have been put on well." Then, this spring I heard dripping in my kitchen during a storm. I contacted P.I. Roofing since my roof is under warranty, and they agreed to send someone. The installer pressured me to come out in the middle of a storm (before his scheduled appointment time). When I said I was not comfortable with that, he said they didn't have to make any repairs. (Screen shots attached). After I threatened to write a negative review, the HR manager called to apologize and they sent someone else during the scheduled appointment window. It turns out the leak has to do with old caulking on my hot water heater. And this is something they don't look at, don't repair, don't tell you about - when they are up there installing new flashing?!? (For anyone who has used this company recently... the only reason I know about this leak is that I improved my attic insulation in the winter and added a metal guard around this which let me hear the rain coming in). Had I not done this I would have no idea there was a leak until more damage occurred in my house. The representative who came out assured me that they would send someone back to look at my roof. <-- A service that is supposed to be provided for free with the roof purchase - but you will not get without calling and demanding it. It has been over 20 days and no one from their offices has been in touch. I thought about emailing them again, but I honestly don't believe they are ever going to do a proper job repairing the fascia and if I'm going to pay someone to redo the caulking on my hot water heater - I'd rather start a relationship

  Very rude, very unprofessional, they have been so difficult to continue business with since I have transferred the roof warranty over once I purchased my home. This is not a company I would recommend or refer to anyone. Definitely a foul taste in my mouth as a first time homebuyer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company for any of your roofing or home needs. Find someone else and fast!

  JT, Joey, Derek, Guy and the rest of the team were great to work with. They are the only Brava synthetic slate certified roofers in the area, and they did a fantastic job with my roof! Their precision and attention to detail were outstanding, and I would give them my highest recommendation to anyone who is considering replacing their roof. They really went above the call of duty to make sure my house looked perfect. Thank you to the whole team for making the experience exceptional!

  That wind storm that came through this afternoon brought some problems with our roof to our attention at my job. JT dispatched a crew and Joey, Guy, and Chris were quickly on site. They performed some emergency repairs that would keep this unpredictable AR weather at bay until a quote could be sent for a permanent fix. We really appreciate the speed and professionalism of their techs. Many thanks from our shop to theirs!

  The reason for the repair was a leak that developed around a satellite dish mounted on the roof. The estimator was friendly and professional. The text estimate included a link that was detailed and allowed electronic acceptance. The workmen showed up early and were friendly. They replaced damaged sheathing and facia. The new shingles blended perfectly.
