Just found your website was going through some old records they where supposed to come check out my roof because it was leaking around the chimney and give me estimate said I didn't need to be there so I come home later in the day they left a note and bill saying the fixed the leaking charged me $250 so I was like I didn't tell them to do that but I wasn't going to pay until I knew it was fixed well it didn't rain for quite some time they sent a letter that I need to pay or will go into collections so my wife said just pay so I did a week later it rained and it leaked I finally I worked up the never to go onto the roof myself to see what was going on and the guy put caulking here and there did not even caulked ever where there was missing mortar what was caulked was starting to come out try calling no answer or call back any there not the only roofing company that did this to me happened again a second time with someone else can't trust anyone

We just had had our house painted and asked the painter to scrape the ceiling and repaint it where paint was peeling and getting worse. The painter's roofer came to assess the roof which had been checked for the source of a possible water leak. The painter's roofer thought that it was caused by a possible leak from the solar panels which had been attached to the roof within the past 2 years. The solar company sent their roofer who stated the solar panels were too far from the "valley" which he thought was the site of the leak. At that point, I called Robinson Roofing. The staff was courteous and one of the partners, Dennis Robinson came over immediately. His experience found that the leak came from the valley and found the leak was due to rusted nails, allowing water to leak through. The records showed that had been replaced 19 years ago and was out of warranty. Because of predicted rain, he repaired the roof shortly thereafter and apparently it worked because we have no evidence of any continued leak and enjoy our newly repaired celing!

I have worked solely with this family owned business for 40 years and every time I have had a quick phone response to work needed. Prices have remained competitive and fair. Work is always done thoroughly with long lasting materials. Clean up is always good. Workers and owner are always courteous and respectful. I can't say anything bad about this company.
