  We had a piece of fascia fall off that was too high for my husband to reach and repair with his ladder, so I found this company for my husband to call. He called and they said they only do major roof repairs and hung up on him. I was surprised, so I tried calling and they hung up on me too. Very surprising to see this unprofessional behavior from such a highly reviewed company.

  This roofing and gutter company was recommended in our neighborhood group, and I’m glad I reached out. They responded quickly, came out right away to inspect the roofline and gutter setup, and gave me a clear quote along with helpful options to consider for the project. Ian and the crew did an excellent job with the gutter installation and made sure everything fit well with the home’s roofing system. The team was professional, friendly, and easy to work with from start to finish. The new gutters have clean lines, solid alignment, and a polished finish that really improved the look of the house. They completed full around-the-home coverage, and the workmanship was neat and well done. With the heavy rain and storms we can get in Nashville, it’s great to have a roofing and gutter system that looks strong and works properly. I would definitely recommend them.

  My family is very happy with our new roof. Robinson Family Roof Repair was great to work with, and Brett was very responsive and easy to reach. We had a hard time finding help with taking down our solar panels before the roofing work, but Brett helped us line that up and kept the whole project moving smoothly. He coordinated the solar panel removal, old roof tear-off, new roof installation, gutter installation, and the panel reinstallation. He kept us updated through each step, explained what to expect, and let us know which crew was coming to the house and when. The roofing crews on site were professional, answered our questions, and made the process feel organized from start to finish. The finished roof looks excellent, the gutters turned out great, and everything came together well.   I wish there were more than 5 stars because I would give this roofing team 10+. I highly recommend them. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and the whole crew went above and beyond my expectations. The turnaround time was very fast, and everything was handled with care, clear communication, and real professionalism. Every person I spoke with was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the roofing work. They made the inspection, scheduling, and installation feel easy and stress-free. After another issue came up at my home, Brett came out quickly to inspect the roof and make sure everything was still solid and secure.   the roofing team was excellent. ian, the sales rep, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. brett, the on-site manager, kept us updated with calls and made sure we knew what was happening with the roof project from start to finish. the crew was amazing and worked hard all day to complete the roofing job in a timely way. during the work, they found an issue with a bathroom attic vent that was not connected properly, and they went above and beyond to fix it the right way. brett kept us informed throughout the day, answered all of our questions, and made the whole process easy. after the roof installation was finished, they cleaned up the property very well. we are extremely happy with the workmanship, and our new roof looks great. we had received several roofing estimates before choosing this company, and many were overpriced, but this team gave us the best value and honest information. their financing options were also very helpful. for the quality of the roofing work and the fair price, we were truly impressed. we highly recommend them for roofing, gutters, shutters, and other exterior home improvement services.

  This was our second time working with Brett for roofing service in Nashville, and the experience was excellent again. He had brett out by noon that same sunday to tarp the roof and stop any more water from getting in with more rain on the way. brett was experienced, polite, and made sure the roofing work was done on time. ian came out soon after to provide an estimate, scheduled the roof repair that same week, and arranged the gutter repairs right after.
