Highly recommend this roofing company. Bruce was easy to work with and made our roof replacement smooth from start to finish. He replied quickly, explained each step clearly, and gave us helpful roofing options and solid recommendations. Javier also stayed in touch, was honest and very helpful, and was on-site during the roof work. He kept me updated, checked the roof decking after the old shingles were removed, and made sure the crew maintained strong workmanship throughout the job. The roofing crew did an excellent installation, and I was especially impressed by the attention to detail. They added extra flashing, extra synthetic underlayment, extra ice and water shield, and extra caulking to help protect the roof in wet weather and seasonal conditions. They did not rush the project and delivered a high-quality finished roof. I am very glad I called for a free estimate. The quality of the work, the customer service, and the honesty and professionalism were outstanding. I would gladly recommend them to friends and family.

After a rough hail storm, someone came by and offered a roof inspection, and my first reaction was to be careful because I assumed it might be a storm chaser. Since I work in the trades, I was very cautious and asked a lot of questions …

i had 7 older skylights, and two were leaking, so i was worried there could be some wood damage underneath the roof area. javier carefully walked me through the roofing and skylight replacement options, and we decided it made the most sense to replace all 7. i got a fair estimate, and javier also helped set up the installation around my busy work and travel schedule. the lead installer, bruce, was professional, friendly, and clearly knew his roofing work. he and leonard were easy to work with, respectful of my home, and kept the job area organized while handling the skylight installation. the supervisor also checked in to make sure everything was completed the right way, and my questions about the roof and flashing details were answered clearly. overall, i had a very good experience with robinson brothers roof repair and would recommend them for skylight installation, leak issues, and future roofing work.

Highly recommend this roofing company. We lost a few shingles from our roof and were concerned about a possible leak, so we searched online and reached out for help. After sending photos, Patrick gave us a fair quote very quickly and called to clearly explain the repair process. He arrived early for the roof inspection, went over everything again in simple terms, and made sure we knew what to expect. His roofing crew finished the roof repair in just a few hours and the work was done neatly and professionally. Communication with Patrick and the office was fast, friendly, and reliable from start to finish. If you need roof repair, shingle work, or siding service in Pawtucket, I would absolutely use them again and gladly recommend them to others.

I needed a few roof shingles replaced, and the roofing team was exactly what I was looking for. They handle both small roof repairs and full roofing projects, and repair work really seems to be one of their strengths. The quote was fair and easy to understand, and the crew came out promptly to inspect the roof and make sure the matching replacement shingles were ordered. The work was finished quickly, in less than a week, and they provided clear photos along with an invoice that was helpful for my insurance claim. One small issue came up during the process, but Bruce resolved it fast and professionally, which made the overall experience a very positive one. I would definitely recommend them for shingle repair, roof maintenance, and full roof replacement work.

if i could give more than five stars, i would. patrick went above and beyond by coming out on a saturday morning to check a small roofing issue, saw it was a quick repair, and fixed it right away with great efficiency and care. if you need a dependable roofer that stands behind the work, this is the one to call in pawtucket. dealing with a roof leak is never easy, but this team made the whole process simple and stress-free. patrick was fast to respond, took time to answer every question, and returned more than once after strong rain and wind loosened the roof tarp and risked more water getting in. once the roofing job was scheduled, the repair was completed in less than a day, and the workmanship was solid. since then, the roof has held up well with no issues at all. it is clear they know roofing, care about protecting the home, and take real pride in quality service. highly recommend for roof repair and leak problems in pawtucket.

Robinson Roofing provided us with a new roof several years ago. We called recently to evaluate ceiling paint flaking in our back hall and master bedroom. Their workmen came quickly and reassured us that the ceiling flaking was not due to the roof but found a need to replace a section of shingles and repair an area of nails protruding through shingles in another area. The workmen came today to do the job. We are very pleased with their rapid response and reassurance.

I got three estimates for a roof replacement after storm damage, and this roofing contractor stood out right away. Patrick explained the whole process clearly, answered every question, and was honest and easy to work with. He also helped deal with the insurance company when they were unsure about the claim, which made a stressful situation much easier. As for the roof itself, I am extremely happy with the new painted metal roof. The roofing workmanship is excellent, and the installation crew worked hard from start to finish. They paid close attention to details like flashing, cleanup, and making sure everything was done the right way. The price was fair, and the overall value was very good. I would highly recommend this roofer to anyone needing a high-quality roof replacement and dependable service.
