The company’s office worker said the owner would call me back within a day or two to setup a time to get a quote. The owner never contacted me. I’ve left two more messages and have never heard back.

Had them come out for an estimate for a new roof and siding, never heard anything from for over a week. Called and left 2 messages because they don't answer their phones during working hours and still never got a call back. I can't imagine how bad they are once they have your money and need to get ahold of them.

If expensive and sloppy is what you want…they are for you. Excuses are their business.

The woman who picked up the phone in the afternoon is totally disrespectful she has no patience and should not be the person answering the phones and representing this company, I am completely disgusted with the way I was spoken to, will never call again!

I had Robidoux Brothers replace 10 of my crank-out windows with Unlimited slider windows and replace my sliding patio door. Most were very large windows, some were even tri-paneled ones and the job was very expensive at close to $25,000. When the job was "done", I noticed water would accumulate in some of the windows' slide trays and sit there for hours, even days . The water was not draining out of the weep holes on the windows for some reason and I wanted the issue fixed. I held off paying for the second half of the job total until the problem was fixed to my satisfaction. They sent out both their guys and Unlimited's guys several times to "fix" the issue but it was never fixed. Robidoux Brothers finally told me that what I'm experiencing is "normal" and there was nothing they could do for me. "Normal" for water to sit in the window sliding trays? RIDICULOUS! I never had any water pooling and sitting in my new Marvin windows I had installed in my former home. Craig Robidoux was very rude and unprofessional with me and told me I had to pay the job in full or I would have a lien put on my home. Of course I paid them the full amount and there was never, ever any concern that I would not pay for the job so he did not have to treat me so rudely. I do NOT recommend Robidoux Brothers for any work! They also replaced my roof and while that job was completed without issues, their workers didn't clean up my property completely and I ended up with a roofing nail puncturing my vehicle's tire. I told them about it and they never offered to pay for my tire repair. I believed their sales pitch and how they're such a stand-up family-owned company blah, blah, blah but in the end they did not provide value for the product and service I received.

We had a great experience with Robidoux Brothers from start to finish. They did the work fast, accurately and cleaned up. We would use them again in the future if the need comes up. We have a new roof, skylights and gutters. Price was in line with other estimates, except for one that was 4 times more. Happy with the finished products.

Had both my roof and gutters done in October. Great from start to finish and a very reasonable price compared to the big box guys.

After we learned the our roof had hail damage the only person I thought to call was Craig. Our first experience was siding/soffits/facia/gutters and downspouts. This was the second time we have used Robidoux Brothers for an exterior replacement service and just like the first time they did an outstanding job again. The roof looks amazing. The roofing team were meticulous and didn't rush through the installation, making sure all the components were installed per the guidelines and above code. I would highly recommend Craig and the crew at Robidoux Brothers for all your roofing and siding needs.

Quality work, excellent communication and completely exceeded my expectations. My house looks brand new! Eddie and his crew are experts at their craft and the Robidoux brothers are top notch professionals. Soffits and fascia are done and look great. Look forward to calling them back for gutter guards.

I have used Robidoux Brothers for quite a few projects over the last few years and their work is excellent. We just had our siding done by them and my house looks brand new. I was working from home for most of the project and was happy to see the time they took to ensure the project was done perfect! Shout out to Craig who I have saved in my contacts who always responds when I have a project and to Kyle and his team for the great job they did.
