Everyone at Roach Home Improvement treated us so well. From the initial inspection to final clean up and invoice, we were always kept in the loop and felt comfortable every step of the way. There were never any high pressure sales tactics, nor corners cut during installation. Roach worked with our insurance company to secure the best price and was extremely patient while we waited for the final payment. From start to finish, we always felt like family with Roach!

The door replacement team was efficient and professional. An exterior door was replaced within a half day and looks just as quoted. I think the price was fair and would recommend Roach for any door replacement needs.
