8/5/26: Update. For the 12th time, the company no-showed today. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Absolute garbage company! My dad, who is a senior citizen has been taken advantage of by this company. After a no call, no show for the first appt., my dad called, was told "it's the busy season" as an excuse for why Edwin didn't arrive. He showed for the rescheduled first appointment. Since then, the entire company, from Edwin to the office staff, to the operations manager have failed to return phone calls or make excuses on why Edwin continues to not show for appointment. The office staff keeps telling my dad they can't get in touch with Edwin (It's a telling statement about a company when they claim they can't get in touch with their own employees for several weeks). All that needs to be done is to paint a less than 2 sq. Ft. area of the ceiling where there was a leak and they can't get it done. The message they are sending is very clear, they take advantage of senior citizens by not showing up for appointments, not proactively communicating with their customers, and failing to complete the job.

I’m very disappointed with my experience. The company was unreliable from start to finish. The materials used were not what was promised and felt cheap compared to what was described in the quote. My new windows had ice all winter long on the interior side. My electric bill was skyrocketing because of these cheap windows. They didn’t come out to replace them until August almost a year later. To top it off, one of the windows was broken so they needed to order a new one, it’s October and I’m still waiting. This company is very inconsistent with their promises. Scheduling was a constant issue — appointments were missed or rescheduled at the last minute with little communication. When I raised concerns, I received excuses instead of solutions. Overall, the lack of honesty, poor-quality work, and disorganization made this one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I paid for gutters last 2024, till this day have not been installed. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for quality or professionalism.

Contracted for roof replacement in 2024 at the price of $32k. I was quoted 2 days (which I knew would be wrong) Job took over 3 weeks. I repeatedly had to call them back to finish the roof on the garage, finish the down spouts, and the …

Unbelievably unprofessional. Had a employee approach a friends door after seeing another roofing contractor's sign in the yard and told them they can "undercut" them. What a slimy way to do business. Stay away from these guys!!

Hey Jeremy, Thanks for the heads-up. That’s definitely not how we want to represent ourselves, and we’re really sorry your friend had that experience. We don’t encourage that kind of approach and we’ll be following up with our team to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

We have had 4 leaks in my roof since they installed it 5 years ago! We have even had to rely on a different roofing company to fix them because Reyes Roofing would not. Next, we called the City Building Inspector and they confirmed Reyes was supposed to Re-deck the roof but didn't, and we have had leak after leak since the original wood boards are so far apart. We cannot believe a company like this is in business and we will probably eventually need a whole new roof because of them! Do NOT let them work on your house at all! We do not even know how to move forward with all the damage they have caused. This has been a nightmare for us!

Reyes roofing doesn't seem to care. It's been over a week since we contacted them for a leak that they repaired a couple years ago. They can't seem to get it down to make an appointment to come to the house.

The experience with Rey’s roofing was excellent. They came early in the morning got most of it done. They had the whole roof strip, totally down new vents and new boards and all everything else up there and fix our chimney thing for us but there they’re out of here in the day and a half feels fantastic and the roof looks beautiful.

The entire team at Reyes has been wonderful to work with! They provided me with a next day estimate after contacting them and I was able to have my roof & gutters done within 1 week. The communication has been top notch since day 1. They did an excellent job on my home, I would definitely recommend this team to anyone :)

Man what a privilege it has been for us to work with Reyes Roofing. They did our roof, poured a new driveway and put an entire new outside frame on our shed. They were extremely professional, affordable and had the best service. We worked directly with Emmmauel and I can’t say enough good things about him, his communication and his professionalism. I cannot wait to work with this company for years to come.

Loved working with Antonio and his crew Timoteo and Fidel to have construction of new windows and siding facade. They are flexible, hard working and attentive. They did a professional job and completed it well within the expected timeline even tho we added some extra work in at the last minute. Antonio answered all my questions and offered advice when I needed it. I would highly recommend Reyes Building abd Exteriors. They are fun to work with and really care about their customers!

In 2022, I had Reyes building and exteriors install a new roof on my house! In March of 2026, there was a hail storm and my roof was damaged by 2-3 inch hail! I received quotes from 5 different roof companies but Reyes came in under all other quotes so I hired them again! They tore off my damaged roof and they installed me a new roof again and also replaced my gutters! They are so efficient and did excellent work on my roof and gutters! I would highly recommend Reyes Building and Exterior, so happy with everything they did!!

Today we had our roof replaced by Reyes Roofing in Wyoming.. The whole process was very smooth! Antoni worked with the adjuster to make sure everything needed was on the list to be done! This morning they showed up ready to go at 7:15 am and had the old shingles off by 9:00 am. Their speed and efficiency was amazing! It was like watching ants work together to get the job done! We picked the color and Antoni suggested a dark brown for the edging. It’s absolutely stunning! By 6:30 pm they had a new roof on and had everything cleaned up! I would highly suggest this company if you need a roof makeover! They all worked like a well oiled machine! Our neighbor watched them work for 15 minutes and said, “they know what they’re doing for sure!” Our home looks like a million bucks thanks to them! Hats off to Reyes Roofing& Exteriors! Who would ever believe.. A roof in a day?😂 Thank you to all of you! We are thrilled!♥️ A Very Special Thank You to Antoni ! You’re the BEST!

I couldn’t be happier with the work Antoni and his team at Reyes did on my home. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. They were punctual, communicative, and took the time to answer all my questions, making me feel confident every step of the way. The quality of their work truly stands out—my roof and siding look amazing, and you can tell they take pride in what they do.
