Had another company come out give me a quote, these guys tried to steal their business and undercut the price by offering to lower quality product. Really slimy company

I am giving this unprofessional company 1 star because my review won't post with 0 stars. RNC sent postcards to homeowners through the mail. You would think they would be serious about obtaining business if they spent money on advertising. Their card came right on time (or so I thought). I was getting estimates for roof work I want done ASAP. I called and left my info with RNC 3 times. When I called to complain that no one called me to set up an appointment, I was transferred to someone who "seemed" interested to have my business. She set up an appointment. I took off from work to wait for their guy only to be stood up!! No call..........NOTHING!!! I had to use the rest of the week to make up those hours at work. I called 15 mins before the end of my appointment wait time. The person that answered said he would call their guy to see where he was. I never got a call back to say he was going to be late, couldn't make it after all,...........NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER!!! I will be posting more reviews so no one else's valuable time gets wasted. This company is a poor example of what a good, reputable, reliable business looks like.

I've now used RNC twice, once for a minor repair at my home, once for what turned into a significant ordeal at my business. They could not have been more professional or more compassionate, explained everything they needed to do, and went truly above and beyond in battling with my insurance company. They communicate quickly and effectively (including by text message, so convenient when I'm wall-to-wall at work), and truly give a damn about their work. What a refreshing experience! I truly can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic company. I would recommend them for any of your roofing, drywall, painting needs. Very ethical, fair people and they always do the right thing. Very attentive to detail and they warrant the finished product.

I had a few questions about an upcoming project needed to be done for my parents s Camila was able to help guide me to a decision for some future work. She was very friendly and knowledge and patient with me during the call and I can’t wait to get started in the future with this company!!

RNC installed a new roof on my town home, removed the old shingles and tar paper and install a beautiful new GAF HDX roof. The workmanship and installation from start to finish was high quality, professional and the cleanup after completion of the project was excellent. All communications and correspondence with the owner were direct and to the point, the owner was a man of his word.( A Real Gentleman) Would Highly recommend RNC Roofing And Construction
