The CEO is rude and ignores his customers but his wife makes up for it.

Rude. Called to ask if they could fabricate a metal plate for a sink for me. Was told they would need a drawing. I said it was a unique shape and could not really make a drawing - could I bring the sink in? He said yes ok fine. When I called to come on in and schedule a time, he said “Yeah that’s fine but I don’t know why you can’t just make a drawing.” So if you want a custom metal piece, not the place for you. Unless you can draw specs for them.

Hello Jason, I'm sorry that was your experience. We always have and continue to try to accommodate the needs of all our customers. We are a custom fabrication shop, so nothing we do is "off the shelf". In order to achieve the best results in unique situations, customers do often bring their parts in need of repairs or retrofitting into the shop, and our craftsmen make every concerted effort to meet those needs. Obviously during Covid we had a "Curb Side" policy for nearly 10 months. So a drawing would have been the safest option for all parties. Please give us another shot if you have need for our services in the future.

poor customer service, contacted them multiple times about an order i placed and they just keep telling me "we cant find the order let me call you back in 5 mins". They never call back.

Hello Latisha, I apologize for a less than great experience with us. All custom orders at Riverside are only placed / manufactured if paid in full prior to fabrication. If this has not been the case, then no order has been placed. If it was the case, you will most certainly receive your order. Just please contact us, letting us know the order number and any different name / company name that the order could be filled under. Thank you, The Riverside Team.

Professional and masters at their craft! I can’t give enough praise about the quality and workmanship. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I have a 100 year old house and needed a gutter made… a special curved gutter. Every gutter company I contacted either refused to accept the project or when they did, said they had to piece it together. I googled every search term I could come up with and then found a utube of Riverside showing how these gutters are made. I called and worked with Leo Duarte and he guided me through the process. I am in North Carolina. Leo is in Massachusetts so he couldn’t just swing by. Measurements had to be precise. That was hard. 4 men equaled 4 different measurements. Thank God for David Kenny (works with Penske making race cars) who measured, remeasured and measured again and answered the myriad of questions about those measurements. Leo got it done. I would hug him so hard if I could. My gutter is beautiful! Thank you Leo and everyone else who made my house “fancy like”!

Excellent product, and personalized service. Packing is pricey, but first quality wood crating that guarantees arrival of the product in good order. All product is made to order, so be prepared to spend some time with Sales.

I needed a radiator grate made after having a new floor installed making a standard size replacement impossible. They did an excellent job fabricating a new peice that blows away the original in looks and quality. Thanks guys!
