I am a property manager - needed several jobs done in the area. After meeting with John, the owner, and agreeing on a quote he gave me for a job in Cambridge, he seemed professional and I was looking forward to working with him. We had agreed on a date for his guys to do the job, and I even met him again to get a quote for another project. John rescheduled the work twice and then never showed up to do the job. I left him messages as well as email and no response back. Very unprofessional. Wasted my time.

I had a Roof leak on my flat top in Somerville that was supposedly repaired 3 years ago before I experience the leak once again. The team over at NEIR actually listened to worked through what made sense for possible reasons before actually fixing the issue permanently. They even worked to find ways to work with me on the most cost effective path forward. Would recommend to anyone!

Northeast Roofing did a great job on the replacing our flat rubber roof, sloped shingle side, siding and gutters across two condominium buildings. The project included working around 32 window dormers. The team showed up every day that it was not raining and worked late on many days. The communications with the team was quite good.
