The inspector was easy to work with during the inspection, but he kept telling me I will need to "budget". The estimate they provided was much higher than other estimates. When I asked if there are alternatives to replacing the roof, they never responded to me. They did call me after to apologize.

Excellent craftsmanship and quick turnaround. They identified a number of issues, fixed it quickly, and dropped by multiple times to resolve follow up questions. Honest, reliable, and great customer service.

Nate and his crew came originally to repair the EDPM rubber roof under our top-floor deck last fall, which had developed a serious leak and had been poorly repaired in the past. They removed and replaced the earlier substandard repair, which essentially stopped the leaking. Important notes: when we originally called them, they visited and gave us an estimate with 24 hours, and the repair was quickly done. This was really appreciated. When their repair still leaked slightly, however, due to damage unreachable because of the deck, they offered to deduct the full cost of the repair from our eventual re-roofing. They returned this spring as soon as the weather permitted, carefully removing the deck, then they stripped the old rubber roof and cladding, repairing and replacing materials where needed. They properly reflashed everything with copper, installed the new roof, and replaced the deck. They sent us detailed photos of the whole job, and were easy to deal with throughout. We would hire them again, and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Hired CAN to do a flat rubber roof of a 3 decker in Hyde Park. They were extremely reasonable, communicative, and did great work. Highly recommend!

We had an emergency (leak in our ceiling) on a freezing cold weekend night, and they came out to clear the snow from our roof and break up the ice dams despite the freezing temps and lack of daylight. Nate, Adam, and Rocky were all incredibly helpful, communicative, and professional, and insisted on doing small things like taking off their wet shoes before coming inside (even though we didn't ask them to). Clearly just one of those companies that cares about doing good work the right way. We'd absolutely use them again.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this. Emergencies never seem to happen at a convenient moment, and we’re really glad we could be there for you when it mattered most—especially on a freezing night like that. Nate, Adam, and Rocky will truly appreciate your kind words. We believe the little things matter just as much as the big fixes, and it means a lot that you noticed. Thanks again for trusting us with your home, and we’d absolutely be happy to help anytime you need us in the future.

Our old roof was starting to leak! CAN Construction replaced our roof and four skylights. Everyone was easy to work with. Expectations were clear, turnaround time was short, and the yard was cleaned up well after the job. We looked at several quotes - CAN Construction managed to come up with a competitive price without compromising on quality. I would absolutely work with them again.

As a buyer needing a roof estimate, Nathan was amazing and well versed and honest, Denise the receptions was very patient after a very challenging situation and a race against time. I am awaiting their report to move forward but would hope to book any work with this agency.
