  Called twice to see if they would be interested in fixing a leaky roof. Never heard back from them.

We take every call seriously, so I went back through more than 850 phone records and call transcripts from 2026 year-to-date, and could not find any record of a call or message from a Tony or Anthony regarding a leaky roof.   I reached out to Ranch Roofing to replace my old roof. Roy, their salesperson, came out for the evaluation and used a drone to take high-resolution photos of the whole roof. From those photos he put together a genuinely detailed, comprehensive report. I knew nothing about roofing going in and had a long list of questions after reading it — so we sat down together and Roy walked me through the entire proposal line by line until I understood exactly what I was paying for. I only signed once I was completely clear on everything, and I appreciated that he took the time rather than rushing me into it. It took a little over a week to get the permit, and then Ranch Roofing scheduled the project. On the day of the job, everything ran smoothly from the start — the dumpster arrived around 7 a.m., and Ryan, the project manager, showed up shortly after to walk the property and go through the attic with me to confirm a few details. He patiently answered every question I threw at him and explained things in a way that was easy to follow. The crew arrived around 8 a.m. and got straight to work. Ryan stayed on-site coordinating the whole time, keeping the crew on track while keeping the site clean, and whenever something unexpected came up — like needing to replace four of my roof racks — he handled it quickly and kept me informed of every decision along the way. The entire job was done in about 8 hours, and when the crew left, there wasn't a scrap of debris anywhere — it all went straight into the dumpster. Afterward, Ryan brought the drone back up to show me the finished roof and walked me through everything that had been done. They even pulled the dumpster the next morning so it wouldn't block my driveway any longer than necessary. At one point during the project, the owner, Robert, stopped by just to say hello. We ended up having a really pleasant conversation, and I came away impressed by his mindset as a business owner — he made it clear that quality is never sacrificed f

  We had Ranch Roofing complete our roof ten years ago. Hating heights and knowing little about roofs, I called Ranch back to ask a simple question about raccoons. The next thing I know, Bob the owner of the company drives to my house and is up on the roof in no time. Sure enough, it was raccoon damage. Bob fixed the spot and refused to bill me! I have recommended Ranch Roofing to all my friends and family in the Boston area. Bob and his crews truly care for not only the roof, but the people, families, and yes the dogs and cats, under those roofs. Nobody does it better!

  My old roof, which I didn't realize was in quite bad shape, suddenly started leaking during a rainstorm. Ranch Roofing came out right away, inspected the roof from above and from inside the attic, and then prioritized my job and fit me into their schedule right away. The roofing professionals I met with both before and on the day of the installation of the new roof on the house and on the detached garage explained options to me and went over all the materials used and and were very responsive to my questions. The crew who did the work were hard-working and friendly and did a great job cleaning up. Everyone made what could have been a very stressful experience more of an adventure--and I learned a great deal about roofs and feel like I got very personalized attention from a great local company. They perhaps weren't the least expensive, but I felt like going with Ranch Roofing was well worth the money for worry-free security.

  Excellent company and quality of install. We had 2 dormers installed, skylight, plus a metal roof for a new porch (through Fresh Start). The metal roof looks great and we are glad we went with it. months post install, we thought we had a leak at the flashing, Ranch roofing came right out and did a water test, ended up that the roof was perfect and was a separate issue non roof related. Great company to work with, Ryan was great to work with
