  This is probably the absolute worst roofing company I've ever dealt with. They didn't do what their contract called for and tried to charge extra for work they didn't do. I voiced my displeasure to the management who were to meet by appointment to review the problems. I was stood up without as much as a phone call. To make matters worse, and without any further contact by cellphone or email I was sent a threatening email (less than) thirty days after the balance was due. I had already paid 67% of the original amount IN ADVANCE and as they started the work and wanted to point out (in person) what was done, and not done and thereby reach a favorable settlement. Obviously, they don't want to do that. VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES.

  Spent 40 minutes today with a very nice and professional sales person. When it came to quoting me the quote was $26k. I explained that I already had two quotes for under $11 and $12k from reputable companies. So, I’m sure they do great work but I’m also sure that they grossly over charge. Very disappointing experience.

  Called O’Lyn when I noticed water was coming in from my chimney. They did come out the next business day and on time so I will give credit for that. The sales rep said I was in need of a new roof which I knew i was and said you will save money in the long run by doing the roof along with the flashing at the same time. He said I was looking around $26,000 and gave a whole pitch on average price for a new roof to make me feel they were in line with pricing. They never sent me an official quote but I did receive 3 quotes from other local companies and all 3 were half of what the sales rep said. I’m sure O’lyn would of done a good job but do yourself a favor and get yourself a few quotes.

  I am not thrilled with the service we received. The salesman was amazing and we were sold right away on using your company. The roofers that came out did a good job from what we can tell with the rainstorms we have had, but they left a total mess in my yard, front and back. We just put on a new deck off the kitchen. The roofers did not use tarps or drop cloths and there are tar marks from the falling debris that have stained our brand new deck. They also cut the old metal gutters right in front of our front door, leaving shrapnel and debris in the grass. I have two young children and a dog that walk through there regularly. Lastly, they did not let me know that they would render my front door unusable for a time, putting their ladder straight across it. We are in and out regularly doing school shuffles with our kids, and it would have been nice to be informed. Overall, I was not thrilled with final impressions.

  They spam everyone with hard copy mailings. It's addressed to 'resident' [not a name] so not clear how to get off the list. They don't care about the environment. I never do business with companies like that.

  Over the phone they claim to make roof repairs, but once on site refuse to consider small repairs and only try to sell you in replacing the entire roof. Waste of time. Update: Somebody called to try and resolve the issue, but still no interest in making the repair

  Had our roof replaced by O’Lyn many years ago. Returned to them once again for another roof replacement. The parameters and costs of the job were accurately explained in detail before hand. The work crew led by Steve DeLeon showed up exactly as scheduled, were incredibly efficient, did great quality work, and cleaned up completely. Can’t ask for much more than that.

  I i can't say enough good things about Dan and his crew. They were here at my home. Very early work diligently did cleanup perfectly. Very nice and kept me up-to-date on the progress of the repair.   They are a no nonsense company that does not over sell. They just tell you what is needed and then they get it done. In our case in just one day. So much can go wrong replacing a roof. Nothing went wrong. That was the second roof they installed on this home. If necessary, it will not be the last.

  This was our 2nd roof snow management project with O’lyn and the fact that we are back with them for a second project, kind of says it all. We had horrible icicles that used to form but their system completely got rid of it so when we started having snow coming off the side of the house too, there’s no one else to turn to! Because their system actually works! Dan and Guy were great installers to work with and they came on time and got it done quickly! We also run an Airbnb out of our house so it was really important that they could work within our weird time schedule and they were amazing.
