I have not had my roof repaired or replaced yet, but my experience so far with the roofing inspection process has been very positive. The representative who came out for the roof inspection was on time, polite, and professional, and took the time to explain the condition of the roof and possible repair or replacement options in a clear and helpful way. Communication about the roofing details, next steps, and possible work has been quick, respectful, and easy to follow. So far, everything has given me confidence that this roofing company is focused on quality workmanship, honest service, and a good customer experience. They seem dependable and knowledgeable, not like the temporary roofing crews that often appear after storms. Based on my impressions up to this point, I would definitely keep them in mind for any future roofing needs in East Hanover.

Great local roofing team! my husband and i needed some work done on our gutter and roof drainage, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The project manager came out to inspect the gutter line, fascia area, and downspout connection, then provided a clear estimate in a timely manner. We were able to schedule the job without any hassle. Two roofers arrived as planned and did excellent work. They repaired the gutter issue carefully, made sure everything was functioning properly, and finished by painting the gutter to match the existing downspout for a clean finished look. The work area was kept neat, and the repair blended in well with the rest of the home. We also had a question about the estimate and called the sales rep. he responded quickly, came back to our house, and explained the pricing and scope of work in a simple way that made sense. all of our questions were answered, and we felt very comfortable with the service. They really put their customers first and provide reliable roofing and gutter service with strong attention to detail.

After a stressful issue with my insurance claim, Rivera Family Roofing & Remodeling really stepped in and helped with everything from start to finish in East Hanover. The whole team made the process easy, gave me a very detailed estimate, explained the roofing and gutter work clearly, and finished the job even faster than the original timeline. My new roof and gutter system look great, and the workmanship was solid, clean, and professional. They also worked directly with my insurance company, pointed out important damage the adjuster missed, and helped me get more from my claim. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and would gladly recommend them to anyone who needs roofing help.

I needed a roofing contractor who could handle more than a simple shingle replacement, and they were the right team for the job. My older home had several layers of worn shingles, and ongoing roof leaks had caused damage to the wood decking underneath. They performed a thorough roof inspection, explained the full scope of the work clearly, and provided a detailed estimate for all needed repairs. The crew included skilled carpentry support for the damaged wood and structural areas, and they did excellent work from start to finish. This was a large roofing project that took a few days, but everything stayed on budget and moved along smoothly. The new roof looks great, the flashing and shingles were installed properly, and the leaks are gone. I highly recommend them for quality roofing work, solid repairs, and a job done right.

I hired a roofing company to fix a roof leak, and the whole experience was excellent. The team was very customer focused from the first service call. The salesperson responded quickly, found the source of the leak, and sent a skilled crew to handle the repair. They explained the roofing issue clearly, worked in a clean and careful way, and made sure everything was sealed properly. The repair was done thoroughly, and the roof has not leaked since. I also appreciated the fair pricing, honest communication, and professional service. It is not easy to find a roofer with this level of integrity, and I would gladly recommend them for any roof repair or roofing service.

So glad we chose this roofing company. The roof job was finished in about a day and a half. The crew arrived early, worked hard, and kept everything on track. The project lead stayed involved, answered all our questions, and made sure every concern was taken care of. They also repaired the chimney siding area where some Hardie Plank needed to be replaced. Once the old material was removed, they found rotten wood underneath, fixed the damaged decking, added water shield for better protection, and finished the area neatly. The crew cleaned up well and left the lawn spotless. We also received the completion paperwork and warranty information, which gave us extra peace of mind.

Best roofing service I have ever had in East Hanover. The team stayed in close contact, explained every step of the roof claim process clearly, and helped us get reimbursement for defective shingles that had been installed by another contractor. With their guidance, everything moved along quickly, and we were able to get a full roof replacement completed with no out-of-pocket cost in a short time. From the first inspection to the final shingle install and cleanup, the service was professional, timely, and focused on quality workmanship. They made the whole roofing process easy and stress-free, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs reliable roof repair or replacement.
