i am very grateful for the great roofing work and service. In Franklin, we had a major roof leak in my son's room during a rainy stretch, and roman and the crew understood how urgent it was. They came out within 36 hours, inspected the problem, and repaired a section of the roof before the water damage could get worse. Their response was quick, the communication was clear, and the pricing was fair. They also explained the repair process in simple terms and made me feel confident that the roof was protected again. i will definitely use them for any future roofing, roof repair, or leak issues.

Ezekiel and his crew were great to work with. I called about a small roof repair on my mother’s home after a leak showed up from a valley that had not been installed the right way by a previous roofer, which had started causing water stains …

I can’t say enough good things about their roofing team. Cory was with me through every step, from the first talk about the roof repair and box gutters to the final installation. He was always available to answer questions about the project and made the whole process easy to understand. I also appreciated the extra attention Ezekiel gave to the job to make sure everything was handled the right way. From the first inspection to the completed roofing work, everything went smoothly. Roman and the crew were skilled, friendly, and very professional throughout the install. They explained the work clearly, showed real care for the property, and made sure the roof and gutter repairs were completed with quality workmanship. I would highly recommend them for any roofing, gutter, or roof repair job.

We had to replace the roof on our older home after the roof valleys had worn down more than expected. At first, we thought a simple repair would handle it, but roman and ezekiel could not find a shingle size and color that would match well enough for the patch to look right. That made a full roof replacement the better choice in the long run, even though it was not something i wanted to take on. roman and cory worked closely with my wife and me to find a practical solution that fit the situation. They took extra time to explain the roofing options, help us understand the condition of the existing shingles, and make sure the finished roof would look clean and consistent. The whole crew showed strong workmanship, paid attention to detail around the valleys and roof lines, and kept the process smooth from start to finish. In the end, the new roof looks great and gave us real peace of mind. Their customer service, communication, and roofing craftsmanship were excellent, and i would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or a full roof replacement.

I cannot say enough good things about Rivera Family Roofing & Remodeling. After moving into my family home, I was very emotional about making changes because the house means so much to me. From the first time I met Roman, I felt my home was in the right hands. He listened to my concerns, explained each step clearly, and made the whole roofing process feel easy and manageable. What began as a roof inspection turned into a full exterior improvement project with a new roof, gutters, and siding. The crew also addressed several structural issues that had been worrying me for a long time. They helped protect the home from heavy rain, strong sun, and normal Tennessee weather, and now I feel confident that my family will be safe and comfortable for many years. At no point did I feel pressured to do more than I wanted. Communication was always clear, and it was easy to reach out with questions about materials, scheduling, and repairs. The estimate was accurate, the pricing for added work was fair, and the workmanship was solid from start to finish. My home looks better, feels more secure, and has much stronger curb appeal now. I would gladly recommend them to anyone in Franklin who needs roof repair, roof replacement, gutters, siding, or general exterior work.

My experience with Rivera Family Roofing & Remodeling was excellent. My roof replacement was finished on the promised schedule, and the workmanship was high quality for a very fair price. The whole roofing process was smooth from start to finish. Cory was my main contact, and he was very responsive, helpful, and easy to reach. He got the process moving quickly after my first call and answered my questions throughout the project, often the same day. Roman handled the first roof inspection and technical review, and he helped make sure the estimate was prepared and explained clearly in person by Cory soon after. Roman also installed a temporary patch over the damaged section right away, which stopped the leaks completely until the full roof replacement was done. That quick repair gave me peace of mind and showed real professionalism. The speed, communication, and overall service were much better than what I experienced when speaking with several other roofing companies. Some were slow to respond, while others did not seem as prepared or as reasonable on value. On the scheduled work day, the roofing crew arrived early and completed the job efficiently before midday, including a thorough cleanup of the property. Cory stayed on site during the project, answered questions, kept everything on track, and documented the work with photos. I strongly recommend them for roof replacement because the professionalism, value, and quality of the roofing work were outstanding.

Fantastic experience with the roofing team. Cory was very patient while we went over different shingle colors and style options, and the crew that handled the roof installation did an excellent job. They worked hard all day and completed a top-notch new roof installation with great attention to detail. Even with windy conditions, they kept the job site organized and made safety a priority. During the project and after everything was finished, the crew did a very thorough cleanup around the home and yard. The whole process felt smooth, professional, and well managed from start to finish. Highly recommend this roofer for quality workmanship, clear communication, and a clean, dependable roofing job.

I can’t say enough good things about this roofing team. We hired them to replace our old slate roof with new shingles, install new gutters and downspouts, and take care of a siding repair at our home in Franklin. Cory, our advisor, was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. The estimate was fair, and the communication was clear from start to finish. Once we signed the contract, the project moved along fast and smoothly. The crew worked hard, paid close attention to detail, and did an excellent job with the full roof replacement. Removing slate can leave a big mess, but the roofing team handled cleanup extremely well and left the property looking neat. They also made sure the gutters, downspouts, and siding work matched the new roof nicely. We are very happy with the quality of the workmanship and the overall service. We would gladly recommend them to anyone in Franklin who needs roof repair, roof replacement, gutters, or other exterior work, and we plan to use them again for future roofing needs.
