  I’ve left several voicemails and filled out the form online. No response. River Roofing did the installation on the new build in 2016. We have an issue now and no response.

  River Roofing installed the roof on our new home (now 6 years old). At that time, they claimed to provide a warranty and stand behind their work. However, when a recent home inspection found several areas that needed repair (some work not being done correctly in the first place), and I tried to contact River Roofing, they have completely ghosted me. I must have left a minimum of 8 voicemails, and no replies. If you want a roof installed or repaired by someone that will stand behind their work, do not use River Roofing

  My father had 6 composition shingles replaced on his roof. One roofer did the job and it took him two hours. During that time he left for roughly 30 minutes because he broke his caulking gun. They then lost the bill. When they called two weeks later they said 634.00 dollars. This charge is over the top and seems obvious to me they took advantage of an elderly man.

  Brian, Taking advantage of kind elderly people is not part of our mission. We take care of our customers and operate with integrity. It would be foolish to operate any other way in our small town. We billed your father at the same standard rates that we bill every service work customer. We did go out of the way to help your father with his deadline for the repair work. When your father came into our office requesting help before March 10th, our calendar was full with repair work through May. As you said, your father is elderly (and the work that he needed was fairly small) so we fit him into our schedule within one week of his request. When your father came in to pay his bill, it had not been generated yet. Nothing was lost. When we do a favor for someone and fit them into our calendar (out of the standard order) sometimes the paperwork can lag behind a bit. We were quite surprised to receive a negative review after going out of the way to help your father. It seems that there may be some miscommunication. If you doubt the hours involved in the repair or have questions about the invoice, we are glad to discuss it with you and explain the charges. Our fees are not the lowest in town as we have very highly trained and qualified staff that are well paid. Even so, if we are in error we will be happy to fix it. We have so many long term professional relationships in Central Oregon. They are developed by working together through good times and challenges. To post such a review without expressing your concerns to us prior seems a bit unfair.

  We needed a new roof, and address water-damage in problem areas around the entry and above an add-on sunroom. River Roofing stands out from the other contractors in their ability to install heat-tracing and do in-house metal fabrication. They came up with custom flashing to address exposed wood (sunroom parapet wall) and installed a high-quality roof and heat-tracing system (nice, concealed, heat cable in valley's and eves). All at a good (not cheap) price. Many Thanks!

  If you're looking for the cheapest price in town on some roof work for your home/building, then let me stop you right there. These are not the roofers you're looking for. However, if you're looking for a skilled team that is professional and clean through out the process of replacing the roof of your home, then read on. From Day One, the level of service and professionalism has been top notch from River Roofing. The first site meeting consisted of getting an inspection on the roof. Iden showed up on time, explained everything down to the smallest detail, and spent over an hour answering all my questions. Their was never a pushy sale of any kind. Just factual data, with proof behind if. Choosing River Roofing was a no brainer. They're one of the most established roofing companies in Bend, and it shows. Its rare now in days that you run into someone thats been employed at the same place for over 20 years. That says something about the company as a whole. Roofing work was scheduled for November 2019, and it was delivered and fully completed as promised. Having the roof replaced on my home by River Roofing was the easiest home project i've dealt with. EVER! I can't recommend the River Roofing Team enough! Thank you guys for an awesome, clean, and stress free experience!

  Last night, went to bed with a little skiff of snow on the road. This morning, we woke to a foot of snow, and falling fast. By 9:30, I was worried about Mom's mobile home roof (where I'm staying), and saw River Roofing service truck drive by, in the park. Called their number and asked if they did snow removal. Yep, lots of experience, we can get to you early afternoon. They did - here at 1:00 (by which time we had over 2 FEET of snow on the roof) - 5 guys got it done in 1 hour. Nice guys, all of them. Even shoveled me a walk way in case I want to get out to the street. THANK YOU!
