  Absolutely terrible service we waited over three weeks after our initial estimate for anyone to show up to our house for repairs. Once someone finally came out they didn’t have materials nor could find materials to complete the job. We were told we were on the job lists for weeks and no one showed up. The Number provided for us to contact the company is never answered and calls are not returned. No transparency and very unhelpful from beginning to the point we went with another company.

Although, we did complete your repair the day this was written like we had promised days prior and we were the only company to do this job unlike stated, we are so sorry that communication was an issue. Hurricane Helene caused so much damage in our area and we - like all roofers in our area - have been stretched thin, but quality customer service remains our priority.

  Super nice and prompt salesman. I got 4 bids on this job and Rite Price Roofing was the highest by 20 percent to the next highest quote and double the lowest.

  We had such a great experience with this rite price roofing! From start to finish, everyone was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They did an excellent job on our roof, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and made everything as stress-free as possible. The quality of their work really stood out, and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. We highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work!

  The folks at Rite Price Roofing did an amazing job replacing our roof. They are very personable and professional. If you are needing a new roof or roofing replaced, make sure to call them. They always responded within an hour (even on weekends). I highly recommend them.

  They did an amazing job all around on our roof and our gutters. Hunter made this a seamless experience for us. Rite Price Roofing Company is the way to go. For a new roof. Affordable and very experienced. They did a great job with the clean up too.

  Bobby and his crew installed a new roof on my residence this time. Again, they were on time, thorough and professional. Rite Price provided good customer service, a very competitive price and I would recommend them to a friend.

  We are highly satisfied with our new roof, the whole process went very smoothly. Hunter was very knowledgeable and kept us informed through the whole process. The entire crew was professional and clean up was awesome. We will definitely recommend to friends and neighbors!

  I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and personal care this company showed while helping us choose the best options for our roof. Hunter took the time to sit down with us, thoroughly explain the entire process, and review materials and warranty information in detail. He even brought samples for us to see in person and used a drone to take photos of our home, allowing us to visualize different roof colors through an app—such a helpful and modern touch! Bobby, the owner, was right up on the roof working alongside his crew, which really speaks to his dedication and leadership. The crew was incredibly meticulous, especially with cleanup—they made sure no nails or debris were left behind. Honestly, the entire process of replacing our roof was enjoyable, which is something I never thought I’d say! I’m a very picky person and know how hard it is to find quality work these days, so this says a lot. If you want your roof done right, go with Rite Price Roofing—they will truly take care of you.
