Disgusting, dishonest, unprofessional, sloppy, RUDE owner, Winston Ricketts! Will report to the BBB. Do NOT let these PHONY five star 🌟 reviews lure you into using his company. He likes to talk a good game but he's a LIAR! And dangerously dishonest. I am so disappointed in my country man. Winston please stop! I give reviews according to the service I receive. You got a one star because that's the service I received from you. Work on the mannerism and things will work out for you.

My husband and I hired Winston to repair our roof in Fort Lauderdale. It’s been a nightmare since day one. Winston asked for half down which came out to be $4,000. He then put rotten wood up and my husband and I confronted him about it. He then asked for $5,000 more to get new supplies. After we gave him the additional $5,000 he stopped answering our calls. He left the rotten wood up and took $9,000 from us. We called Winston for days with no response. Winston is a scam artist. I would not recommend anyone to go to him. It’s been two weeks and we still have not heard back from Winston and our roof is still open with rotten wood. PLEASE GO YO SOMEONE PROFESSIONAL AND RUN FROM WINSTON! Mr. and Mrs. Ricketts

Let me apologise to you Vanessa Love for your experience. Your contract and permit were approved on January 31, 2021. According to your contract you were required to pay on signing. This condition was waived for you. We stripped your roof and found you had T and G wood which we advised you of the repair cost. This was discussed with you several times, before we proceeded to the repairs. All your rotten wood was repaired, as witnessed by Donald who even took pictures of the repairs. This is considered a change order and you were required to pay according to the terms as set in the change order. We effected your repairs and proceeded to have the required inspection. We missed a single call on Friday February 5, 2021 due to the sudden and fatal passing of my Dad, which I explained to your husband. Inspection were set for Monday February 8, 2021. We called, text and visited your property only to find your gate locked and the Inspector denied access for inspections. The records and comments from the building departments supports same We further scheduled the same inspections 3 other times in the same Week of February 9 to 12, 2021. We further called texted and showed up to your property with the City Inspector, despite the fact that I had a Family member who died in the same period, but to no avail as we were unable to enter. We finally saw Donald at the property on Friday and was able to conduct two inspections Tin Tag And Shingle in Progress on February 12, 2021. Since the inspection you have again locked your gate we do not intend on trespassing on your property to complete the tasks. We urge you to call our offices at 954-588-5670 so we can finish your job and get your final inspection scheduled.

Excellence roofing service all around. Winston and his crew are simply amazing. We were worried during our roof tear off that we would have a leak because of the rains. To our surprise our roof was water tight. This gave us the confidence that our roof would stay dry for years to come. Thanks again for such a wonderful roofing experience!

When no one else could do the job this company came thru for me. Not only did I need my roof replaced, I also needed truss work as well due to termite damage .This company gave me a great estimate for the services I need compare to others who were really high priced and werent able to start the work right away. I highly recommend calling them for your roofing and construction needs. Very Helpful and friendly staff.
