  Feels like I got scammed...would not recommend. In February 2025 I hired All Roofing to replace my 2008 roof. The bid included a full replacement of the roof and replacement of rotted facia. I opted not to replace the gutter system on the house because it was $2,000 and the front half of my home already had gutters. The roofing staff and project manager were responsive and finished the roof and facia in 3 days. As the crew was wrapping up, I spoke to the PM for the project and was told the existing gutter system was damaged during install and his sub would be back in the next week or two to replace. On the 4th day I received my invoice . On the 5th day I received a call from All Roofing's collection team asking when I'd be able to make payment. This is where everything went downhill. I explained payment would be submitted once the gutter system was replaced. Long story short, the issue was escalated to ownership and I was told since I didn't order the new gutter system there was nothing they could do. They explained the process of installing a roof (using terms the average person wouldn't understand) and made it seem like it was common sense the gutter system would be damaged during a roof install. ***For anyone getting their roof replaced -- if you do not pay extra for a new gutter system, you will be SOL because they will destroy and remove your existing gutter system during install. I feel like this point should be made clear during your bid.*** Furthermore, All Roofing changed the price of wood between my bid in December and the invoice in February which resulted in an additional $2,500 of material. After two weeks, multiple text messages and phone calls, All Roofing ultimately decided to honor the bid price. I'm beyond frustrated with All Roofing's attitude during this process. Even trying to get the lien waiver was a process. All Roofing is a family owned business -- but not someone I would ever recommend to a friend or family.

  Use a better roofer! When we hired All Roofing we were assured we would “love our roof”. Unfortunately they do not stand by their assurances! Looking at the front of our house you notice that the left side installation does not match the right side installation of the roof. We assumed they just weren’t finished and would come back to complete. When we contacted the job site manager he informed us that both types of installation are acceptable. We told them that both types of installation may be acceptable but to use both types on the same house is unacceptable. Our roof looks like we hired a bunch of laborers with no professional experience to come and install the roof. Our roof absolutely does not look like a professional company who we paid close to $80,000 installed our roof. So much for their assurance that we would “love our roof”. The company did absolutely nothing to correct this gross mistake. I would highly recommend using anybody other than All Roofing. If you insist on using them because you see they have so many good reviews then make sure you are aware of how they will install and finish your roof.

The difference in the wall is due to code requirements being different for a end wall and a sidewall. The end wall is required to have a debris block, the side wall does not. Photos were given to you showing that this blocker was on the prior roof as well.   I am just going to be 100% honest. This company lied on me 100%. A man named Dustin came to my residence and called me since I wasn't present to tell me he was there because he was my insurance companies preferred roofing company. Guess what my insurance company said they dont have preferred roofing companies! Dustin spoke to my finance as he did some measurements. Never seen Dustin before and through this hole situation never met him, but he signed my name to a contract, with also picking my shingle color and initialed the complete contract. I only know about this because one of the ladies in claims with All Roofing sent the paperwork to my insurance company with myself being CC in the email. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw my name signed and initialed with things chosen for my home. I admittedly called my insurance company to tell them this terrible news. This company is crooked and most of the employees come from APEX Roofing. The hole roofing industry is crooked, but how dare someone sign your name, never mention anything about a completed contract before submitting for payout. They also had someone come out to have me sign for a tarp that costed $3,000 and I was inside the home, but my finance was on the porch where I overheard the gentleman say oh its okay, just sign here. He said I'm not signing her name and $3,000 is alot of money, the gentlemans reply was the insurance will pay, its okay. NO ITS NOT OKAY, WHO DO THEY THINK THEY ARE!!!!!!?????? Just be careful of this industry. ;)

  We contacted All Roofing & Construction to come fix the roof leak on the back side of our house. They came out and gave us a quote of $3500. This was acceptable due to the massive amount of water coming from the roof leak. They told us they would replace the rotted wood, shingles, reattach the flashing. They were going to put us on the schedule so we knew when they would be out to fix this issue. After a few weeks I called several times to see when they would be out. No response. On a Monday they showed up unannounced to fix the roof. I wasn't home and my wife was sleeping due to working nights. We would have not scheduled on a Monday. I rushed home to find a worker on the roof taking off shingles. I watched as they removed shingles, replaced them and attached the same flashing. They were here for about an hour. No wood was replaced, After seeing what they repaired, about 8 shingles and reattached the same flashing, we thought the invoice would be much lower than $3500. I called the owner Tate and asked for an itemized invoice to see what actually cost $3500. He said he didn't provide that and that he didn't know what was done to the roof. He still has not called me back. I did pay the amount owed to avoid a lien on the house. I don't see how an hour of work for 2 people, 8 shingles and reattaching the flashing cost $3500. They did not do what they told us they would do. It is no longer leaking but now we have a room that is damp, and smells from the rotten wood they covered up. Even contacted the BBB and All roofing still has yet to respond.

  Professionalism would be making sure that you keep your clients updated on a regular basis. This company does no such thing. If I didn't ask they would never have kept me updated. At this time I have been asking for an update since Dec 1st, and still have not heard from them. If they ever reach out to you they will tell you how busy they have been. In my eyes if you can't treat me like any other client that is moving smoothly then why I shoud I leave you a good review at this time. The father is condescending and very rude. The son is great to speak with but doesn't follow through on anything. They don't provide updates, they don't provide proof of action, the insurance company states something totally different than what they say. If I ever hear back from them I may change my claim review but at this time unless your roof is going smoothly don't expect to hear from them ever again. Even if they tell you they will contact you, THEY DON'T. Very disappointed! Beware, if you have issues with your claim there is a very good chance you will never hear from them again!!!

  I got 3 estimates for a new roof like most people do. All Roofing was above and beyond in all areas. Very professional but very friendly all the time. Every worker that came to my house was this way. I highly recommend this company for your Roofing needs! And the price was very reasonable!

  I recently had a gentleman come out to look at a stain on my ceiling, evidence of a possible leak. He was friendly, on time, and extremely helpful. Patched up a small leak, and told me to call him if it gets worse. Now that’s really amazing, courteous service. I’ll definitely call them again if/when things get worse with this rain! But so far, nothing but friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism. Thanks again guys!
