  Hello Dania, first I'd like to ask to remove this review as this is a false review. First of all, we have never had a Diego in our staff. You did call us on December 5th 2024 to request an inspection on a property you were buying or selling. We schedule an inspection appointment for December 6th at 10 am, an appointment that you canceled that same day. Rhino Roofing texted you on December 6 at 8:20 a.m to confirm our appointment and to inform you that we would be there between 10-11 am. Dania Castro replied (8:33 am) " we found another roofer who already went to check out the roof thank you! " We already tried getting in contact with you at the number you provided and the number you always replied, and the response was " you've got the wrong number and the wrong person, but congrats on your review" We have a recording of our first chat confirming that is your number and we also have photos of our conversation when you canceled the appointment. Rhino roofing has never done " drone inspections" and we have never ask 300 dollars for inspections neither. You have the wrong company and all we're asking is for you to delete this false review as its hurting our reputation. you can contact us at any time to receive photos of our conversation to confirm you have the wrong business. Thank you for your time.

  Initial response was quick - someone came out to look at damage. Unfortunately, I never received an estimate and the follow up appt never took place. Nor did I receive a call to reschedule. Disappointed.

  I called Rhino roofing to get a quote on a roof repair after noticing some damage. I was told that they were busy and would attempt to make it to my house around 11 am. When they did not and it was 11:30 I called the office and asked if he was still going to try and make it and the office secretary told me she would call the worker and get back to me. Not only did she not get back to me but when I called again the worker was rude on the phone stating that he only said he would try. I told him that I should have at least been called as a professional courtesy so I would not waste my day waiting for him and he did not acknowledge my comment. We reschedule for two days later at 11am. He did not show at 11 and when we did call the office the secretary told us that he would be there at 12. At 12:20 he still was not there and did not call us to let us know he would be late. I would not hire this company unless you plan on wasting your entire day waiting for them.

  I apologize the inconvenience Haley, We did mention to you that we were booked for the day and that we would try our best to make it out there to inspect your roof. We are getting slammed with calls due to the raining season. We are trying our best to help and serve all of our clients, although we did showed up to your roof on oct-7 at 12:22 pm. And no one answered the door. I am sorry for not making it on time. But like i said, we are trying our best to attend to all appointments. Thank you for your time

  Tried working with Juan for a quote on a pergola for my backyard. After several weeks and several phone calls in which he stated that he’d get it over to me, he never did. They seem disorganized and backed up, as I remember being told that the project wouldn’t even take place for at least 2 months. Unfortunate experience.

  Hello Christian hope you are doing well, I apologize for the inconvenience. Although, i did mentioned you that we are backed up on work for 2 months And you agreed to wait 2 months.. There is other customers that are waiting for their project to be started and when is their time, they deserve our attention and full dedication during their project. When it gets your turn i believe you would want our dedication and effort to complete your project just like all other customers.. We do not deserve this 2 star rating because you agreed to wait the 2 months. Im doing and have always done everything possible to help all of our customers and provide them quality job.   The owner, Juan, is extremely knowledgeable in the roofing trade. Juan addresses all your questions and explains everything in clarity. We have used him for two separate properties and the work was professionally performed using quality materials. I highly recommend Rhino Roofing.

  Juan @ Rhino Roofing was on point. Identified what needed to be done, gave me the best price in town and got right to work. Prompt and I am completely satisfied with the finished product. I would definitely choose them again in the future.

  Exceptional work and service. There are few companies these days, especially in El Paso, that operate at this level of professionalism, quality, and honesty. Juan at Rhino Roofing did a great job repairing our roof. From inspection through completion, I was kept informed every step of the way, whether through sending me photos or by being invited onto the roof to see the work firsthand. Juan clearly explained each stage of the repair process and even corrected poor workmanship left behind by previous contractors. The pricing was upfront, honest, and fair. He did not try to oversell anything and instead provided multiple options to fit a range of budgets. He was so confident in the quality of his work that, once the job was complete, he even asked if I wanted to run the water hose on the roof to show that there were no leaks! Months after completing the repair, he also checked in after the recent snowstorm to make sure everything was holding up and that we were satisfied with the work. Rhino Roofing is a great company that takes pride in their skill and quality of their work. I know exactly who to call the next time my family or I need roofing services. I only wish the general contractors in El Paso held the same standard of quality and integrity that Juan brings to his roofing work.

  Juan and crew are very professional. Got multiple quotes from other companies even ones who offered to price match. Chose Juan as he was professional and responsive from start to finish. Sat down with us and explained the issue and proposed work. 10/10 would recommend.

  Excellent work. Very honest and reliable. Juan and his team explained the entire process to me. His team fixed the roof and the interior wall of my house. The price was very fair. Highly recommended.

  Had a wet spot show up on the roof around 1 year or so ago. Called a roofer to check for problems. He suggested we do maintenance and that should take care of the problem. Paid the roofer $700 for the same. Total waste of time and money there. During a recent rain storm, the same wet spot on the roof got bigger and some water ran down the side of the wall. I started googling roofing companies and saw some excellent reviews for Rhino roofing. I called Rhino roofing and set up a time for an inspection the next morning. Juan stopped by the next day. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He provided an estimate right away and even suggested an additional fix (included in estimate) that could become a problem down the road. Once we gave him the go ahead, his team, that was scheduled to start work the following day, called us and began work the same day instead. Hector and his team worked on the repair. Even though Hector is very young, his workmanship and dedication to get the job done right is way beyond his years. Hector is always looking for perfection in his work. As it turned out, the optional fix suggested by Juan, was actually a problem just waiting to surface. Getting it fixed proactively was a masterstroke from Juan for sure. Juan also instructed the team to redo the maintenance all over again and they did it the right way using mesh between the coats of tar to ensure the tar does not crack. To top it all off, Juan did not even charge us extra for doing/ re-doing the maintenance. Thank you TEAM RHINO ROOFING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
