  As a woman who works in construction, I would highly suggest hiring a company with more experience in construction, customer service, communication, and respect. There are numerous issues with this company, a few of which are listed below. 1. The owner of the company tried to bribe me with $500 to not leave a review of my experiences. I choose Revival Roofing because of the positive reviews online not realizing that there are just as many negative ones, they’re just being paid to keep their experiences off the internet. 2. Unclear and unprofessional communication. I literally had to block the owner of the company after asking him multiple times to stop harassing me with a multitude of aggressive and inappropriate calls and texts. They didn’t bring materials on the day they said, collect money on the agreed upon timeline, the owner even badmouthed his assistant in front of me instead of taking responsibility for the errors made by his employees. 3. They broke my gutters, fence, and even the heater. Didn’t tell me about any of it. Then when I went to make them aware of the issues, the owner argued with me over the damage until I told him I had security footage. Then he still refused to fix the heater which only broke from the vibrations of them dropping things on my roof causing nails to penetrate so deep that the load was penetrated as was determined by a licensed electrician and HVAC specialist. 4. Unknowledgeable and doesn’t take responsibility for mistakes. They misdiagnosed the cause of the waves in my roof as being rotten decking, even when I suggested it was leveling and told them the house was being leveled in the next few weeks. They insisted that it was fine to put the new roof on before. Then, when they discovered it was not decking after removing the shingles, they didn’t call me, didn’t send pictures, they simply put the new roof on without my consent neglecting the misdiagnoses and the contract which stated they would either repair the waves or tarp th

I have never bribed, nor have I ever harassed a customer. We have a good record of who we’ve done business with; I know we have never done business with you. You have mistaken us for another company. I looked a bit further into this and see all of your Google reviews are from states other than Louisiana. Please delete this review.   Revival Roofing & Restoration has been outstanding from start to finish. They always returned calls and messages promptly and communicated clearly at every step — from the scheduled start day to the exact date and time the roofing materials would arrive. In addition to the new roof, we also had gutters installed, and they look great, as does the new roof. Cleanup was a big challenge, but they took it seriously. One of their guys spent an entire day walking the yard with a magnet to make sure nails were picked up. The people behind the company deserve credit too. Owner Hunter Miller went above and beyond to make things right when issues came up. His brother Sage, our main contact, stopped by several times before the job started and every day while work was underway. The crews were professional throughout. The roofing foreman, Mario, was great about addressing concerns as the job progressed, and the gutter foreman, Elder, was even better — his team came in and knocked that job out quickly and cleanly. Revival wasn’t the cheapest quote we received, but when the lower‑priced company won’t call you back or set a start date, you can’t take that chance. Revival Roofing & Restoration proved why reliability, communication, and professionalism matter. They delivered quality work, stood behind it, and made the entire experience smooth. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a roofing company that does things the right way.

  Replied super fast to an online form I filled out to get a free estimate. He was out here checking our attic and roof in detail. Gave us great info and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need or get insurance involved right away like others. Fixed up some quick repairs on the spot.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Revival Roofing and owner Parker. I contacted them about a roof repair, and Parker came out the very next day to take a look. The work was completed quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. It’s refreshing to find a company that communicates well, shows up when they say they will, and takes pride in doing quality work. I highly recommend Revival Roofing and Parker to anyone looking for honest, reliable roofing service.

  I highly recommend Revival Roofing for Brentwood roof repair. Parker got back to me immediately, came out quickly for an estimate on our tree damage, and did the repairs the next day. He was fantastic at communicating throughout the process and gave us an extremely reasonable price. I’m happy to support this hard working young man as he builds his business!

  Parker came out same day to repair my roof so that the leak wouldn’t get worse. He was able to replace some shingles vs replace the entire roof which saved us a ton. We decided to sign up for maintenance with him due to our happiness with his work.

  If you need a roof inspection or gutter cleaning in the Nashville area, you should give Parker at Revival Roofing & Restoration a call. He made it to my home quickly, was very professional and did a thorough job. Definitely recommend!!

  Could not be happier with the experience. From the first inspection to the final cleanup, the team was professional, honest, and incredibly easy to work with. They showed up on time, kept us updated throughout the entire process, and the quality of the roof looks outstanding.
