  If you want them to leave their chemical toilets and trailers on your land for a month without coming to finish their contracts, well, you won't be disappointed. A month they've disappeared and taken up 3 parking spaces on our street.

  No reminders for a month and a half about a roof installed in 2017 that is leaking.

  Still waiting for repairs after water damage caused by their negligence during the roof installation. I second the person who wrote, "Expect to chase them if you want after-sales service," because that's been my experience for months now! Further steps will be taken regarding the repairs. They are proactive in taking payments but absent and silent after receiving the money. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

  We contracted Pro-Toit to build an outdoor shed/office. The teams and the owner demonstrated exceptional professionalism, and the after-sales service was outstanding. The owner always takes the time to respond to messages extremely efficiently and quickly, and the work was carried out flawlessly. In challenging winter conditions, rain or shine, the teams were always there when needed. They are reliable, professional, and friendly.

  We bought our house three years ago, and the roof needed replacing this year. The previous owner had left us all the invoices for the work she had done. Twenty-two years ago, Revêtements Pro-Toit had done the roof, so it was only natural that we called on them to do ours as well. A huge thank you to the technical team who kept me up at night these past two days 😂 and who were especially efficient and left the site spotless. Thanks also to the administration who answered all my questions with great patience and kindness.
