Warning Before Hiring Results Roofing Sharing our experience with Results Roofing so others don’t go through the same headache. The problems started immediately. As soon as insurance approved the replacement, they demanded the insurance check and our deductible before any work began. That was already a red flag. We were promised a one‑day roof replacement. Instead, the crew left mid‑job with no communication and left our yard covered in nails, food trash, and roofing debris. A huge dumpster blocked our driveway, trapping our car — something we weren’t warned about since this was supposed to be a one‑day job. When we complained, we were told the yard would be “so clean you could eat off it.” It wasn’t. They came back the next day, finished the roof, and again left without a word. They didn’t clean up properly, didn’t put our outdoor furniture back, broke yard ornaments, trampled shrubs, and left debris everywhere. We’re still finding nails and our gutters are full of roofing material. The lack of communication, respect for our property, and basic job-site safety was unacceptable. Based on what we saw, we seriously question whether the crew was even qualified.

Excellent work and its quality. Workers can be more careful with the nails, did not take the old ones so they appeae in the grass and in the driveway after the first rain. We are glad though.

Great experience from first contact to final installation of our new shed roof. Trevor did a great job and is a kind, Christian man. Would use again and will refer and definitely recommend. They do what they say, are honest and fair.

Results Roofing’s assistance through the roof approval and fortified roof approval was excellent. Emanuel Cani ran through the whole process and answered any questions we had and offered us helpful assistance. Hopefully, we are as satisfied …
