Joey came out and walked the roof, took pictures, said he'd have me an estimate within 2 days. That was 3 weeks ago. Never heard from him again.

Was initially impressed with the quick response and willingness to come look at a small roofing/siding job I had in fact they showed up the next day to look at it. Assured me he we have a quote in a couple days and even gave me his personal cell phone number. Few days go by with no response and after texting and messaging on Facebook I finally get a call 7 days later to tell me sorry but there was 2 other quotes in front of me but I should have something in the next day or 2..well it's the next day or 2 and no response. This doesn't seem to match with other reviews on here but at this point I'm no longer interested in doing business with this company. If there was a backlog on quoting jobs that's fine, just don't tell me you will do something in 2 days if you can't then call me and say the same thing again and still drop the ball.

Great experience and will definitely use them again! They came out to do a quote on a small job i had on the house, they offered different solutions and were very diligent in their response time. They performed the work and cleaned out when they left. Both me and my wife are very happy they took care of a bathroom fan vent issue we had in our home. I will definitely be reaching out for them on other projects and fully recommend them 100%

I’d highly recommend Residence Roofing, especially Tristen LaPonsie. From start to finish, Tristen was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured. What stood out most was his integrity. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is honest, dependable, and truly has their customers’ best interests at heart. The entire process was smooth, and I felt confident knowing I was in good hands. If you’re looking for a roofing company you can trust, I highly recommend Residence Roofing and Tristen LaPonsie!

I highly recommend Residence Roofing & Construction! When I discovered my pool shed roof was leaking, I went to Google to find roofing companies. I submitted several online inquiries to various companies. Residence Roofing was very quick to respond and got someone out the next day to evaluate my issue. Once measurements were taken and the damage to the roof and underlying materials was noted for the estimate, Tristen helped to cover the leak to prevent further damage until the roof could be replaced. I was so grateful. Throughout the process, there was communication to update me on when the project was expected to be completed, detailed estimate of cost, and any barriers (like days of rain) that may slow the timeline. When the crew arrived to replace the roof, they were very courteous and provided updates and photos during the process. They even took time to clean up debris that made its way into our pool. While learning that you need a roof replaced can be a stressful situation, Residence Roofimg & Construction made the process much smoother. Photos provided are before, after damaged portion was covered, and the completed work.

Tristen and his Residential team did a fabulous job replacing damaged siding. He was able to perfectly match the pain color on nearly 40-year old existing siding. He maintained communication with me throughout the project to make sure he had the right materials ready, and when he would be working due to weather delays. I highly recommend Residential for any roofing/siding needs!

We highly recommend Residence Roofing for all your roofing needs. We did extensive research of roofing companies that service the Rogersville area and had multiple companies come out and access our problem. They all concluded we either needed costly repairs or a new roof. There wasn’t much life left of the old roof so we went with a new roof. Of all the estimates Residence Roofing was thousands below the highest estimate and slightly above the lowest. However, Residence Roofing offered 50-year shingles and 25-year guarantee on the labor compared to the others of 25-year shingles and 10 years on the labor. Their materials were also superior to all the other roofing companies, hence the years of wear and labor guarantee. Our large two-story home required 43 squares and Residence Roofing were here for four days completing the job in not so ideal weather. They professionally protected all our scrubs around the house, cleaned up all debris, and spent hours ensuring no nails remained on the ground. They replaced all our gutter leaf filters and purchased new ones to replaced damaged ones. Tristen the owner ensures everything was completed with the utmost professional workmanship. Believe me when I say I would not have written such a lengthy review if we weren’t 100% satisfied with the materials and professional workmanship Residence Roofing provided us. Tristen may be a stranger when you meet him but he’ll be a friend by the time the job is completed. When the job was completed Tristen provided aerial pictures of the house with the new roof, awesome!

Montana was great. Very communicative & fit my project in the same week I asked about the work. Fair price. Professional, friendly & clean crew. I live far away so Montana even kept me updated with pictures of their work. I would definitely do business with them again.

We had a hole in our roof after Helene and because we're broke, it took a long time to try to get better help from our insurance before turning to FEMA - but eventually we got there and Tristan and everyone I spoke with here was so kind and helpful and so knowledgeable and patient with our circumstances. I can't underline enough how much I appreciate these guys. I give them a full hearted endorsement.
