  this company is contracted by the Westshore yacht club HOA for townhouse maintenance and roof repairs, so we are obligated to let them perform all repairs as needed. our unit developed a severe water leak in the living room ceiling in December of 2023. First attempted flashing repair was performed in may of 2024. The leak reappeared worse and lasted longer august 3rd. Devon requested set up an appointment with him and his supervisor to reinspect the repairs saturday august 10th between 10 and 12. we did rearrange our schedules to be home, He was a NO SHOW, and no call or contact. His work crew showed up unannounced tuesday aug 12th at 8 am. there was no one home due to the fact there was zero communication following their blown off appointment. I then recieve a voicemail later that day we are scheduled for september 18th which is their next available appointment. Numerous failures, unsuccessful repairs and no regard for their customers when it comes to communication, sense of urgency and a severe lack of professionalism.

  Thank you for taking the time to provide our company this review. I apologize for the ongoing issues with the unit and repair. We have been working with the management company side-by-side for several years now for westshore and their other complexes. Our customers are our top priority and we strive to do the right thing. I know this repair has been ongoing and although it has failed- there are many reasons and trial and errors that can often go into repairs and why this may happen as the roof is almost to its lifespan and based on its condition of almost needing replaced. We are the only company to offer warranties on the roofs out there, based on the conditions. I do apologize as we are in our busy season and it is not an excuse for the lack of communication, but we are shortstaffed and trying our best to get caught up from the most recent hurricane storm. As a smaller company, we do try to get out there as soon as possible, keep the hoa updated and I know I did try calling several times, but was sent to voicemail. That’s why there was a voicemail recording left asking for a call back of confirmation. We understand people are working so we do leave detailed messages to keep you updated. On this day, we were working on the neighbor directly next to you, and tried to get access to your unit to make the repairs, unfortunately could not get in touch with you.

  Very much a scamming company let me tell you what they did don't get scammed by they tell you anything to get u to sign then never fulfill their promises BEWARE

To bring your roof to current code and because of Florida laws in place, we as contractors have to abide by them. We are sorry you expected a different outcome, however final decisions are determined by your coverage provider. Our apologies for the misunderstanding.

  I was driving on the highway when an employee from this company almost ran me off the road because he decided he wanted to be in my lane despite my existence. I don't know what kind of company would employ reckless drivers like that but it's definitely not one that I could ever support especially when they're putting the lives of my nephew and I in danger. If I hadn't slammed my brakes then we most likely wouldn't be here right now

  They repaired my roof. 2 years later it leaked. I never caught it and had some damage. They put the shingles on top of shingles and it went right underneath it. Avoid this company.

  Hello Dan, I would like to know the name of the rep you were assigned to work with ? I am sorry that this happened. Unfortunately our appointments are a time window and we do often run behind due to prior appointments and the weather this time of year. Our estimation rep is supposed to give you a call if he is running behind. Also, we do typically send quotes within 1-2 business days by email. I would like to know if we have the email on file correct for your account as well. I apologize that you did not receive your estimate.

  Its always difficult to find good and honest contractors in Florida. Very polite and responsive company. Owner came out to meet me in a hurry when my roof was vandalized by likely another roofing company, sealed my roof that day to prevent damage, and then had the repair a few days later. This will be the company I call in the future for any roofing related needs.
