Rescue Roofing did a great job on fixing my leaking roof vents and doing some siding repair. They were on time and reasonably priced. Carlos did a fantastic job.

The gutters at our rental home needed cleaning so I reached out to Amber and she immediately got us on the schedule. The team did a fantastic job cleaning the gutters on our home. They arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and worked efficiently while still being very thorough. With a larger two-story home, it’s not an easy job, but they handled it with no problem. Everything looked great when they finished, and they cleaned up after themselves. I’ll definitely use them again!

Rescue Roofing is great- Amber is very personable and coordinates everything well. Great at communicating and answering all questions. They’ve come out when our gutters were overflowing onto our porch and advised us on the correct steps to take to fix our issue (which did not even end up involving them) free of charge! They’ve also come out to make a repair on our tin roof and are just all-around great, trustworthy people. Highly recommend!

Very professional and knowledgeable company. Had a leak in my roof and had two other contractors look at it and couldn’t diagnose the problem. Rescue Roofing came out and immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed the roof at a reasonable price. Very clean- left no trace that they were there. Would highly recommend.

What You Can’t See Can Hurt Your Roof From the outside, a roof can sometimes look perfectly fine. But once the roofing materials come off, hidden problems can tell a very different story. This is what we found next to a stone chimney after a long-term leak allowed water to work its way into the roofing system. Over time, moisture caused the roof decking to deteriorate and rot. The area where a chimney meets the roof is one of several places that requires careful attention. Flashing and proper water management are critical because even a small leak can allow water to slowly make its way underneath the roofing materials. And that's the tricky part—damage like this doesn't always show up immediately inside your home. Water can travel, remain hidden, and continue causing damage long before a homeowner notices a stain or drip. That's why a professional roof inspection looks beyond just the shingles. We inspect vulnerable areas such as: 🔨 Chimneys and flashing 💧 Roof valleys and transitions 🏠 Vents and penetrations 🌧️ Signs of trapped moisture or water intrusion A small leak today can become a much larger repair tomorrow. If you're concerned about your roof, chimney flashing, or possible water damage, Rescue Roofing & Exteriors is here to help homeowners throughout Knoxville and East Tennessee find problems before they get worse.
