  I can honestly say the men did good work. However I was forced to be the supervisor, Jeremy did not do his job! On the first day I had to deal with the workers because he didn't show up with them he finally made it here around noon. Made me feel like I wasn't important enough. So I went over the job with the men and when the dumpster showed up,I delt with the placement. I feel this was Jeremy job not mine. Me being the customer I didn't know i had a job. As for James I never met the man. The men "workers" left my yard trash, inexcusable mess. I will never use your company again and will tell everyone not to use you. Once you got my money you couldn't be bothered with me" Katerna". However Braxton was helpful and the men with a little supervision " by me" did fine. I do have pictures of my yard if you would like to have them. I wish you luck. Jeremy stated he had to much on his plate. If you can't do the job quit. I am a retired disabled veteran, a very sick man. I did custom homes for 15 years and never made any of my customers feel unimportant never. Again I wish you luck. Sam LEWELLEN

When financing options are explored, we use a soft credit inquiry, which does not impact a customer's credit score and is simply intended to show what options may be available. Our goal is to make the process less stressful, not more. We were under the impression she wanted options based on if the sale of the home fell through. We also recognize that if our process wasn't communicated as clearly as it should have been, that understandably leads to frustration, and for that we're truly sorry.   BEWARE OF SCAMMERS!!!! We had a leak in our ceiling and had them come out. This guy comes out and tells us we need a whole new roof! Quotes us almost $30,000 and tells us they don’t work with insurance. Also pressures you to pay on the spot and says if he walks out the door then the price will increase. Well we’ve had 2 other roofing companies come out and BOTH of them said our roof looks great! It was just redone in 2020 and it turns out the leak was a plumbing issue! So if you aren’t careful, you will get swindled into purchasing a new roof when you don’t need one!

  Buying a home and the inspection showed that the roof needs to be replaced. I called 3 companies to get an estimate on replacing the roof. The first two had no problem getting us a quote. Exterior Home Services would not give us an estimate on a home we are purchasing because we don’t own it yet; how can you negotiate the cost of a new roof with the sellers unless you know how much it will be?? SO STRANGE!!

  Did a great job on my fence put over charge me 1020.00 dollars lucky I paid with a credit card .I texted him and he just said I look into it. Never texted me back.I let my credit card handle it

  The job took WAY longer than I was told it was going to take. Especially since they knew what needed to be done almost a month before the job started and we still had to wait WEEKS to get everything done, which delayed our closing over two weeks. The communication was unacceptable. I never got emails or calls returned. When I got the invoice, more sheets were added that I did not approve and they tried to charge me for sheets that were allotted for in the quote. We have another house that needs roof work and we will NEVER use nor recommend them.

  They were recommended to me by my home inspector. Contacted them; they asked me to email the sections of the inspection related to the roofing issues. They told me someone would call me back with an estimate. A week went by, and I never heard from anyone. So I called on Monday, and they asked me to email the information again, which I did, and I was told someone would call me. Called today and told someone would get back to me by the end of the day; no phone call. Lousy customers would never use this company.

  Braxton was a terrific salesman. He explained everything to me about the materials that would be used, financing and showed me pictures of the roof which was in worse condition than I knew The estimate he quoted me seemed to be reasonable for the work to be done .Because of the condition of my roof he talked to his boss and got me scheduled for the next day. He was very polite and a very friendly young man whom I enjoyed talking to very much. I would recommend him to any of my friends to give them an estimate which I already have done for one of my friends.

  From the beginning to the finish, this company has been great! Our new roof looks amazing. The crew on the roof from tear off to finish did an amazing job. They were the hardest workers I’ve seen in a long time.after the work was completed they cleaned up everything. Everyone went above and beyond for us.   I reached out to them based on positive experiences from friends of mine. They got with me the next day. Set up an evaluation. We chose the best path forward. Financing available. Wonderful people. They gave me some money off when I told them who referred me to them. That was extremely helpful. If you need a reference, use me. I'm very happy with everyone i encountered. Real, solid people. Communication was Excellent! Matt, Cody, Ralph, Renita, Rhonda. It rained hard the days after installation....HARD, and I feel Great about my purchase! I'm protecting my greatest, most expensive investment with Exterior Home Solutions. I'm not getting paid to write this. Actually, I paid so that I could have the privilege to write this. You won't regret using these guys.
