  They will not warrant their work. If a problem arises. They accused the client of lie. They put a new roof and didn't include the sky light in the price????? When they where ask they never noticed it. So they wanted to add another 1000.00 to a 15,600 dollar job. On a modular home. They came up with a fix and now 8 mths later the fix is crap. Instead of replace the old sky light they stuck a piece of clear greenhouse panel with no insulation and it drips water into the bathroom from the greenhouse panel. I report the leak and was told to prove it was leaking. Now my roof is leaking and they won't come fix their mistake and blame the client. Oh and they choose who they work for as I was told, but they gladly took my money. BAD Owner. When something is to good to be true, beware. I will be reporting them to BBB as well.

  We appreciate your perspective but have to respectfully disagree. More than 6 months after we replaced your roof you accused Flow Roofing of damaging your plumbing because you were having water back up in your house. We had never seen this before and when we explained how this was not common or something we have not seen before, you cursed at and belittled our project manager this him he didn’t know what he was doing, insisting it was a roof issue. You were convinced of this because your septic guy and plumber told you so. Even when presented with why this wasn’t the case, you were not willing to listen. Flow Roofing paid a plumber to come look at the situation and found that your drain pipe had a strap broken in your crawl space creating a bow and trapping your sewage creating the blockage. Flow Roofing paid for your plumbing to be fixed without an acknowledgment from you that it was not a roof issue or a thank you for fixing a problem that was not ours six months after we completed our work. Further, skylights are not always replaced when the roof is, especially when a customer is not willing to pay the cost to replace it. At the time of inspection and when we presented the proposal you stated you did not want to pay for a new one. During the process of replacing your roof when the skylight was discussed again you were adamant that you did not want to pay to have it replaced. Durning the installation of your roof you confirmed that the fix we were providing was satisfactory to you even though we explained the limitations and potential condensation issues. The previous plastic dome skylight was cracked and being held together by duct tape and was leaking. We did not miss this, you refused to pay for it. Flow Roofing has helped thousands of customer in our 3.5 years of being in business. We have received 311 five star reviews in that time without one negative review because we go above and beyond to give our customers no room to say we did not do everythin

  We received fantastic service from FLOW Roofing at our north Knoxville property. The communication was excellent from the initial phone call to the inspection and throughout the entire roof replacement project. Even more importantly, the quality of the work was excellent, they completed it right on time, and the invoice was exactly what we were quoted. I highly recommend Phil and his team!

  Tyler and Chase did a great job on our gutter repair. They reviewed our damage and got back to me quickly with a quote. Then scheduled the repair promptly. The job was done on time even with all the rain we received. Highly recommend Flow Roofing for roof repairs

  I had an amazing experience getting my new roof. Sam and Chase were the best to work with. They were efficient, true to their word, and the job was done faster than we expected!   This morning I had Flow Roofing inspect my home roof which was a minimum of 13 years old. Tyler walked my roof taking photos of all areas. He then walking me through each photo and any future concerns, enplaning in detail why my roof was good for at least 5 more years, possibly longer. If I receive damage in the future I will be calling Flow Roofing first because of their great customer service.....johnk

  I had the most friendliest service experience with the two ladies who answered the phone and sending me Sam to come to my house on a very short notice. Sam assessed the damage and covered the damaged roof side with the tarp. Took his time to talk to me explaining what he will do and what I need for the insurance company. Very professional, extremely helpful, trustworthy and so very friendly and nice. Looking forward to have him to do the work at our house.   My Fiancé and I worked with Sam for our new roof. The whole experience was pleasant. The inspection, picking shingles, scheduling, and finally the actual job was incredibly smooth and we received the perfect amount of communication from the Flow Roofing team. Sam personally called us from our roof on the day of the job to keep us updated. When we found out our old roof was significantly more rotted than initially thought, they were quick to act. They arrived with more materials within the hour and the roof was still completed that day, within the original time frame. Overall a wonderful experience on our first house, we didn’t know what to expect and were very pleasantly surprised. Thanks Flow Roofing!
