  I’m leaving this review because of the constant requests for feedback despite a poor experience. In July 2023, I hired them for a soffit repair that suffered from significant miscommunication and missed expectations. While they eventually reduced the invoice to $450 as a goodwill gesture, the quality of the work has not held up. The nails have already popped, and the soffit has returned to its original damaged condition. I cannot recommend their services based on this experience.

  These people are overpriced and have a problem with their attention to detail. The installers had a problem understanding English. Find another contractor.

  We offered a free roof inspection to assist in the purchase of this customers home. At the time of the inspection appointment, we were NOT granted access to the home/attic space to do a proper inspection. From the roof, it was observed that minor maintenance needed to be completed and it was completed. After being notified that the roof leaked during the next rain, a proper attic inspection was completed, issues were found, free temporary repairs were made and an estimate was provided for additional work. We apologize we didn’t meet your expectations. If you call our office we can assist in getting this resolved for you!

  Hi Charles, I apologize that we seem to have had a miscommunication on the details of this project. As we discussed yesterday - your initial quote included the items discussed (vinyl siding, trim, and 4 insulation boards), then once you forwarded the approved scope from insurance - I was able to find additional items that were approved (burnt fascia metal and metal soffit). These items were already approved by insurance at $1100, so there was no additional "out of pocket" cost to you. When we brought this to your attention, it was simply out of common courtesy because once we were done with the work you hired us to do - you would have still been left with cosmetic issues from your neighbors' fire. We take our customer satisfaction to heart every time - and want to be sure we are not only helping you maximize your insurance benefits, but also be happy with your overall finished product. Our offer still stands to further discuss, as well as to complete this project for you by the end of this week, should you like. Please feel free to give us a call/text/email anytime.

  Bryant did a quick estimate and explained the details really good. Dylan was put over the job and did an excellent job. He used a drone to keep me up to date on the progress on a regular basis.He also used it to show me any damage to my roof before making additional repairs. Dylan and his crew were excellent to work with and did an excellent job. I will be using them on my gutters replacement in the near future.
