  Tim was very professional and explained exactly how the process works with the storm damage I had. He took care of everything and I didn’t need to worry about anything. The crews were on time and cleaned up after they were done. Highly recommend Tim and his company.

  I recently used Tim's services for a gutter repair in Eden Prairie. It was a very pleasant and professional experience from start to end. Roof gutters and down spouts were replaced partially to improve the water flow to the drains. Fair prices. I can easily recommend Tim and his team for any gutter work you need done.

  Very happy with the service we received from Renewed Exterior Systems! They came out and did a very thorough check of our roof for the source of a water leak, inside and outside, and took a lot of time to talk through the condition our our roof. They determined it required a very simple fix which they took care of that day, for a very minimal charge. Very rare to have a company spend as much time helping to diagnose your issue especially when we could have been easily upsold a much more expensive repair, and/or much higher basic charge for coming out and doing such a detailed inspection. Definitely have faith in the company, and will look to them again if we have other exterior repairs- which will doubtlessly will, as our house is ~ 120 years old.

  I had four corner areas of siding that tore off our house near the roof peaks. I contacted Renewed Exterior Systems. They gave me an estimate based on a few photos I sent them. I couldn’t believe they were out the next afternoon. They had a perfect match of siding and were done in an hour! They went over everything they did, gave us useful info and were right on quote. I can’t tell you what a relief it was to find a contractor who didn’t try to sell me on all new siding job. R.E.S. said they do quite a bit of smaller siding repair jobs to help out homeowners. Can’t recommend more... a great company to work with!

  Had my 1984 mobile home sided and a some windows replaced this month. My home looks brand new! Family members, friends and mobile park residents have given a “thumbs up” for how nice place looks now. Tim explained the process steps of what the work flow would be. His teams did excellent work.   Tim came out same day for a small repair. Fixed the issue, also noticed something the previous roofer had done incorrectly and gave me photos to send them for a warranty fix. Solid experience, would recommend.
