  Wish I could give 1 star. Talked a month ago with Victor (the owner) about replacing the gutters on our commercial building. He took measurements from satellite images and gave me a quote. He told me that they’d come out to confirm measurements if we wanted to move forward. I called last week and we set up a time (today at 3pm) for him to come out and confirm measurements and to get us on the schedule. I drive to the building (30 min drive) and wait an hour but he never showed up. I called his cell to find out what was happening and he told me that he wasn’t coming due to having a job in Ringold. He said his office was supposed to call me and tell me but apparently they forgot. He then proceeded to tell me that he didn’t think that they could do my job any more because he got a bigger job elsewhere so a $5000 job just wasn’t big enough. REALLY? Thanks for not only wasting 2 hours today but also 4 weeks (now that I have to start over with finding a new company). Companies like this do not deserve to be in business. You don’t commit to a client and then back out because something bigger came up. How unprofessional and rude do you have to be to do this? 100% unacceptable!

  These must be fake reviews created by staff because RnR Roofing is the furthest from being “professional.” I can tell you from first hand experience that there is zero quality in their work. They fixed my roof a few years back yet there continue to be leaks. Trying to get the owner to answer my calls has been a challenge in itself. Acknowledge the fact that your team didn’t do a stellar job fixing the roof in the first place and come back out to take a look at your mistake. What ever happened to providing good customer service? If you are looking for roof repairs, or even any other services that this company offers, please do NOT use this company. Fortunate for them that I didn’t have the option to leave zero stars.

  Victor did an amazing job replacing my roof. He was professional, reliable, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish.   This experience has been the best I’ve ever had from a roofing company! My specialist that came out, Victor Vásquez, was AMAZING. He was understanding and went out his way to make sure that I received everything I needed and answered all of my questions confidently and promptly.   R/R roofing installed a new roof in April 2022, on Thursday 1/30/ 2025 I had to go in the attic and I noticed a hole in the ceiling. I called Luis / Genesis and they had someone come out that day to repair it . Thank you for the immediate response.

  These fellows did quick, quality work. Victor Vásquez the supervisor was knowledgeable and saved unused materials for me as I had requested. Work completed and looks very nice. This team is top in my opinion. Thank you Remove & Replace Roofing.. I recommend this company to anyone who is unsure.. I am well pleased !

  We just had a new roof put on our house by Remove & Replace Roofing. Victor Vásquez, the project manager was a pleasure to work with, he has great follow up I knew what to expect all the way. The roof is beautiful. I would highly recommend Remove & Replace Roofing to my friends and neighbors.
