After installing my new roof we had a massive leak along the seam adjoining my neighbors roof (Duplex & MIND you his half never had a leak still to this day, hasn't!) Anyhow that should have been dealt with far differently than it was, resulting in a ton of mold growth inside 2 walls and ceiling. They repaired that leak supposedly but did nothing to mitigate the interior damage. Then not long after that, another leak happened, same spot, smaller this time, BUT STILL LEAKING. During this time we remained in the room with all the mold growing inside the walls that had never been dried properly. I became very sick with asthmatic bronchitis, and my dog was even sick, coughing. Finally Remedy did agree to redo one of the walls at their cost but refused to properly address the MOLD issues. So I hired a mold removal company and took it off what I owed Remedy. Also took off what I had to pay for new drywall and painting. This whole time one of the head honchos in the Texas office is saying I'm lying about the mold, it was pre-existing and I'm just trying to get FREE stuff!! Give me a break....ANYHOW, they finally settled for a very small difference in the bills that I paid out to FIX their screw ups and what I still owed them, NO WARRANTY....Not even 6 months later my brand new roof sprung another leak in a different place causing another close to 3000 dollars in emergency call to stop leak, then another roof repair. Original stuff remedy used wasn't strong enough for the flat roof. So now less than 2 years later, the gutters we had installed as a 1,187 dollar portion of what I paid to REMEDY are coming off and they are saying when I had to have another company come to ONCE AGAIN FIX THEIR MISTAKES, the gutter was changed or damaged by one of them, so they won't fix that either!!!Just got the price to fix that, add another 450 to the costs. IF YOU WANT A COMPANY THAT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE AND DEPENDABLE STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM REMEDY ROOFING!!!! So far this supposed 8k roof ha

Ben approached me after hurricane milton offering a new roof. I immediately felt comfortable with him, he provided a detailed proposal and showed me and my wife multiple samples. He was patient and worked within our budget. Once the crew arrived, Josh ran the project with no problems. Over all i highly recommend Ben and Remedy Roofing!

Daniel and friends saved me in the nick of time from paying too much for a new roof. I was a day from signing a contract for $4000. more than they wanted.
