  Call them and ask if there anybody can come and check in the roof, and immediately got declined and not even offer other day or anything just hung up.

  We are sorry for the response you received. That is not normal for Reliable. We usually take names, addresses and numbers and call customers to set up appointments. We can not find any record of your call. Again, that is not our normal procedure. If we can be of assistance in the future, please give us a call.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a really great experience with Arrow Cole Roofing. They showed up on time, worked hard until the job was finished, and did a great job cleaning everything up afterward. The owner and project manager were both great to work with and kept us updated throughout the process. Communication was easy and everyone was very professional. We’re really happy with the work and would definitely recommend Arrow Cole Roofing!

  General Contractor here; We were dealing with a leaking synthetic slate roof that was installed improperly. I called five different reputable companies, two of which weren't comfortable working on this type of roof. Out of the three that came out only Noah from Reliable Residential Roofing even got on the roof to inspect. This was a tall two-story home with a flat roof (2/12). Noah identified four areas of concern that the other two companies that came out couldn't/didn't identify with their drones. Not only did Noah inspect the roof, but he also put a temporary vent boot over a vent and cleared minor debris as part of his inspection. His quote was right in line with the only other quote we received but for a better product. Save yourself some hassle and call Noah at Reliable Residential Roofing!

  I have used RRR for decades. Specifically my latest roof, gutters replacement and fascia, soffit repairs: all work was just completed and inspected. Superbly organized process and excellent customer relations. Superb guidance with product choices. RRR has always been the correct choice.

  I can’t say enough positive things about Reliable Residential Roofing. They did a difficult job in brutal weather at the price they quoted. Cleaned up the waist and debris from the job. If I needed anything else done they would be the only ones I’d call. This was a flat roof for a Florida room.

  We needed a new roof due to the age of the current roof and the fact that we had developed a significant leak. I had experience with Reliable because they had done several repairs on a poorly installed roof that we had done about twenty years earlier by another company that bailed on us and went out of business. In each instance they showed me what the issue was and what should have been done initially that wasn't done properly. Therefore when the time came to have a new roof done I didn't really do a lot of shopping around, cheaper isn't always better when it comes to roofing or any other type of home repairs. They did give me a discount when I mentioned that I was a repeat customer. The process with Reliable couldn't have gone any smoother and I couldn't be more pleased. Noah was prompt in showing up for our estimate, put a temporary patch on the leak we had developed, (which saved us from more damage until the weather permitted the new roof installation), and kept us updated and in the loop from start to finish. In addition, they cleaned out all of our gutters, resealed the outlets and end pieces, and installed new gutter guards to replace our old ones which are now screwed in place and won't blow off like the old ones occasionally did. Finally, they cleaned everything up impeccably. I literally haven't found a nail or a wrapper of any kind in my yard or landscape beds in the weeks since they finished. I couldn't recommend them higher. The fact that their workmanship has a five year warranty and that they've been in business for 45 years also gives me peace of mind that if anything does happen I know where to find them and that they will make it right. The fact that they're a certified Owens Corning installer even adds years to the warranty of the shingles that we chose.

  I needed an opinion/estmate for repairing a water leak in my roof. The experience was pleasant and the service and communication from the first phone contact with the office until the job was completed was first class. Thank you all ! Kenny and Joran were very knowledgeable and so professional.

  Absolutely impeccable service. Reliable Residential Roofing went above and beyond throughout the entire process, from arriving on time for the initial assessment (and every other scheduled appointment), dealing with the insurance company, installation, and follw up. 11/10 would recommend!

  Excellent business ran with integrity and accountability. We purchased an existing 30 year old business/ building and have used Reliable Roofing several times now to do repairs on an old roof that had been put on poorly over 30 years ago.
